This dissertation is devoted to the global existence and blow-up in finite time of the positive solution of two classes of degenerate parabolic systems. The dissertation contains three parts:In Chapter 1, the basic application background, advanced studies and the main idea of this thesis are introduced. In Chapter 2,I consider a class of degenerate parabolic system:Where Ω is a bounded domain in R~N satisfying uniform exterior cone condition. The local existence is given, and a necessary and sufficient condition for global existence of the solution is derived. In Chapter 3,I consider a class of degenerate parabolic system:The local existence and uniqueness of classical solution are given, and the condition for global existence or blow up is derived.
