This article conclude that there are whole essential condition of geothermy in the Xiangshan-region of Beijing. That is " geothermal reservoir, insulation layer, thermal channel and heat source" . The point of view based on analyzing the distribution of geothermal heat in Huabei area of china. but, the Xiangshan-region near the water source-accumulation area, the region whether being geothermal resources is dependent on its geothermal gradient.According log and stratum information of the two geothermal well which have existed. The author conclude that earth temperature of Xiangshan-region be affected by cool fluid flow which come from water source accumulation area severely above Ordovician stratum. In those stratum , the geothermal gradient less than 0.5℃/100m. From Ordovician stratum on, the geothermal gradient of Xiangshan-region will recovery gradually, the geothermal gradient of stratum can reach 3-4℃/100m. so, we can inference the depth of burial of the geothermy which have value in use.In Beijing, geothermy drilling depend physical methods to obtain the information of stratum. The article conclude the relation between penetration rate and stratum by using the data of jingre 163# geothermal well and comparing the results of physical methods to penetration rate-depth curve. And more, the author build a quantificational model about penetration rate and compounding of the stratum.
