The Recorded System Of Database Regarding Global Mineral Resource

The main purpose of this paper is to build a database, which includes global mineral information, mineral exploitation information and bases on geological information including mineralized point, tectonic zone and mineralized belt. The aim of this database is to collect global mineral information comprehensively and systematically for analyzing and showing to users, and provide information platform for national institute and mining company which was engaged in basic, tactic and public cause so that they can find out distribution, exploitation and using of global mineral resources.The database was mainly composed of global layer, continent layer, and country layer, mineralized belt layer.Global layer was composed of data mineral, mineralized belt, tectonic belt and mining information.Continent layer includes attribute data of mineralized belt, tectonic cell, and mining information.Country layer includes attribute data of mineralized belt, tectonic cell, geological survey and mining information.Mining belt primarily includes tectonic cell and mineralized prospect area.The database was finished in the light of 3NF standard., According to the working directory of the database concerning global mineral information and considering factors of each aspect, there creates many tables and forms including geographic information and geological information.
