Cadastre management is the basic work in land management work system. The theories of cadastre management are developing, the organizations of land management are changing and the systems of cadastre management are getting perfect day by day. So we must earnestly and continuously sum up experiences and draw lessons.The thesis starts from the basic theories of modern cadastre, firstly states the essential knowledge about cadastre and cadastre management, secondly demonstrates the relations between cadastre management and land management. Then taking Shenzhen city as the example, the author introduces the status of the setting about land management organization , the characters of land management and its infections to cadastre management , analyses the situations of cadastre management carefully, points out the advantages and disadvantages . Based on this, the author profoundly narrates some questions about cadastre management such as cadastre management system , the oneness and integrality of cadastral datum and theapplication of cadastral datum. And then affirms the benefits of the house-land united management system, the author brings forward improved suggestions and measure in allusion to its disadvantages at last.
