Study On The Data Checking For Urban Pipe-Line GIS Based On Knowledge And Rules

In accordance with the development of information technology in the city of our country, many Urban Pipe-line geographic information systems (Urban Pipe-line GIS) have been set up in many cities, which make management, improvement, analysis, and application of urban spatial data and attribute data much more convenient and safer.At present, most of the Urban Pipe-line GIS systems have been accepted by users, and their applications are becoming more and more extensive. But, because of the actual demands, many new requirements are put forward to Urban Pipe-line GIS system, hoping it can make timely and accurate analysis to urban pipe-line data. Thus, much higher requirements are proposed to the quality and precision of the data itself. Besides, as there are more and more pipe-line data and traditional checking costs a great deal of time, to some extent, it can not be finished. In order to solve these problems, checking by computer for pipe-line data has been a main subject in Urban Pipe-line GIS research.This paper, firstly, through the research in content, character and layout norm of urban pipe-line data, defines the knowledge and rule of Urban Pipe-line GIS, then points out its importance in Urban Pipe-line GIS systems. Secondly, through the abstraction and classification to sort coding of all facilities and pipelines and spatial relations in industry itself, expresses the knowledge of Urban Pipe-line GIS and constructs knowledge management system, so that users can participate in and control the customization of industrial knowledge. Thirdly, based on the knowledge, it builds up a series of application and driving knowledge components, that can make the data to meet the demand of industry precision at the maximum degree. Finally, on the basis of the knowledge and rule, the paper designs checking model for urban pipe-line data, moreover, it introduces the realization of this checking by using many successful instances.
