Research On Quality Cheeking Method Of Capital Farmland Zoning Data Based On Rule Engine

The current situation of large population with little cropland and reserved cropland resources in our country makes the preservation of capital farmland unoptimistic. Based on above situation of our country, adhere to capital farmland protection priority, while data management and data quality is also especially important. Data quality is vital for data. Data quality control of capital farmland is the key to solve above situation. It ensures the quantity and quality of capital farmland at the same time, which is of great significance in maintaining long-term national food security.At present, there are two main problems exist in the management of capital farmland. For one thing, the document of achievement is not accord with real world, data quality is not up to the standard and can’t meet the acquirement of building database. For another, common land data checking system’s check rules and codes are almost bound together. The system is hard to reuse and can’t meet the acquirement of rule change. In addition, using ArcGIS to check capital farmland quality is not comprehensive. According to above problems, this paper propose a method of data quality control for capital farmland that based on rule engine.Therefore, this article proceeds as followed:1. Introduce the basic situation and relative information of capital farmland, spatial data checking and rule engine, analyze current problems in data quality checking and then introduce the importance of checking capital farmland data quality.2. Discuss the current status and related checking methods of the spatial data quality control, and put forward a novel cropland quality checking method based on rule engine. In our method, we adopt automatic checking with a unified data quality evaluation model of spatial and attribute data. Then analyze the algorithm of rule engine, we carry out the method adopted with RETE algorithm of rule engine, based on the Drools.Net3.0platform, building data quality checking rule engine of capital farmland.3. Implement the capital farmland data quality checking rule engine and apply it in a checking system of capital farmland zoning data in Zhejiang Province. This method is verified in the process of data checking, completed the90counties of capital farmland data quality checking and control in Zhejiang Province.According to the capital farmland data checking, this method is prior to ArcGIS’s checking and the system with check rules and codes binding together. It separates check rules and codes, solves system reuse difficult. Meanwhile, it improves the efficiency of checking, more useful and suitable to future work.
