Due to coal mining, the terrain of mine subsidence is complex, the area of infield in mining area decreased and landscape pattern in mining area changed. This paper used fractal interpolation theory simulate the terrain of mine subsidence, introduced genetic algorithms to determine the optimum result of fractal scaleless range and calculate the characteristic parameters of H and σ , make use of Arcview to calculate fractal dimension of mining area landscape patch and take advantage of fractal dimension to analyze the change of mining area landscape. This paper realized the determination of fractal scaleless range based on genetic algorithms and fractal interpolation algorithms based on FBM in Matlab environment. This paper developed the midpoint displacement of FBM. We apply fractal theory to the subsidence of mine to calculate the sacleless space and do fractal interpolation, and the forecasted data of probability integral method to do fractal interpolation in order to protract the terrain, and take advantage of Arcview to analyze the fractal dimension of the landscape of the part of Zoucheng mine and Tengzhou mine' s subsidence, which has a good effect.
