There are different opinions about the phytogenetic classification of Trib.Polygoneae species. Trib. Polygoneae was divided into 3 genera by Steward. However ,Tzvel thought Trib. Polygoneae contained 13 genera. Trib. Polygoneae wasdivided into 5 genera in "Flora European". 7 genera was divided by "Flarareipublicae popularis sinica"in 1998. So ,there are different opinions about genera andsome genera's scope. The classification of trib.Polygoneae species still needs furtherstudy .My paper includes two independ sections. In the fist section,we have observedmost of species about Trib. Polygoneae in China base on stereoscope and scaningelectron microscope (SEM). In polygonum L. sect. Avicularia Meisn ,two-type fruitwas finded for the fist time in China. In polygonum L. sect.polygonum ,we regard theP. lapathifolium L. var. salicifolium Sibth. And P. lapathifolium L. as the samespecies . We still hold on the view of Steward in 1930 who regard the P. lapathifoliumL. var. lanatum (Roxb.) Stew. as the variation of P. lapathifolium L. We combined P.longisetum De Br. and P. posumbu Buch.-Ham. ex D.Don and renamed as Polygoumposumbu Buch.-Ham ex D.Don var. longisetum( De. Br.) F.Z.Li et C. Y.Qu com.nov.。We regard the new variation who released in 1995 as new speices and rename it asPolygonum rotundatum ( A. J. Li. ) F. Z. Li et C. Y .Qu Comb.nov.。In polygonum L.sect. Bisorta (Adans.) D.Don, through the evidences of micromorphology and anotherevidences we find Polygonum emodi Meisn and Polygonum emodi Meisn var.dependens Diels should be a new genus . In the study of polygonum L. sect.Cephalophilon we find the ornamentations of P. fertile(Maxim) A.J.Li and P.
