It is dry and little rain in Xinjiang region, the ecosystem environment is extremely weak. But due to falling concentration, generate a lot of debris flow in Xinjiang. In order to prevent the debris flow disaster of Xinjiang from the root, after survey some valleys which debris flow endanger more seriously, author studies from the natural geography term which affect the debris flow of Xinjiang to begin, and researches the characteristic of debris flow of the mountain area in Xinjiang. And according to motive factors that stir up the debris flow, divides debris flow of Xinjiang into seven category types. Particularly is displaying more serious debris flow natural dam and its break harmfulness. Author discusses preliminarily the form mechanism of landslide debris flow dam by total mechanical energy conservation. It proves that form of landslide debris flow dam is relation to slope of the landslide mass. Then according to movement law and sedimentation feature of viscous debris flow in deposition region, analyzes harmfulness of break dam flood of debris flow natural dam in Kezi River. And combining to real condition of local, proposes specific improvement measure. Finally, selects the seven typical debris flow ditch in Allah ditch region, and making use of the gray connection theories to synthesize with the fuzzy comprehension adjudicate, objectively evaluates the danger degree to these seven ditches. The result of evaluation is similar to actual circumstance. This provides the theories for science preventing debris flow and adopting the reasonable measure improvement the debris flow ditches. At the same time, aiming at the actual circumstance that the mountain area of Xinjiang lack hydrologic and meteorological data, put forward to estimate the formula of debris flow discharge of the region without data.
