| Speckle interferometric technology have many advantage,such as,non-contact, high accuracy and whole field ,etc, been paid attention to by people all the time, is especially applied to surface measurement in a large amount. Electronic technology , computer technology , development , laser of technology promoted speckle measure technology development,let speckle measure technology develop along the path that is real-time,high speed autumatic. This paper illuminated speckle measure technology development survey,analysised cause of speckle measure ,introduced laser speckle measure theory, in addition,autor analysised and researched laser speckle measure method including reference beam speckle interferometric method, electronic speckle interference subtraction technology and laser speckle digital correlation technology. Author carried out off-plane displacement experiment measure by WSG-1 electronic speckle interference experimental provision provided by tianjin tuopu instrument corporation.Sample is a dick, circumference if fixed,center pressed cause off-plane displacement. Through CCD imagery device,acquire interference fringe, deliver computer,after image processing ,data processing, sample's off-plane displacement is measured, three dimension structure is rebuilt. Author utilize speckle measure technology, is it go on theory and experiment research to measure to LD micochannel heat sink natural convection temperature field. Temperature change of sample's temperature field bring speckle space displacement,after the same holography twice exposal of speckle displacement 's front and back place, speckle displacement is recorded.Using same laser beam reproduce holographic speckle image,acquire Young's interfenrece fringes corresponding temperature change.Through analysis and measure along with data processing of Young's interfenrece fringes, temperature gradient distribution of microchannel heat sink surface natural convection temperature field and surface temperature is obtained. |
