The study discussed the physiological effect of different seasons of different plants to salt stress and the relationship between soil and plant through plants and soil measurement, including N, P, K, Na etc, as well as Multiple statistical analysis in various soil salinization and alkalization. The results showed as follows: (1) K/Na ratio of three monocotyledenous halophytes is bigger than two dicotyledonous halophytes. Inorganic osmoregulation is importantly in the two dicotyledonous halophytes basically .The process of synthesized protein are restrained by salt stress. The extent of the restraint in the dicotyledonous halophytes is stronger than in the monocotyledenous halophytes. According to the soil pH: var.integrifolia H.C.Fu et D.S. Wen, Potentilla anserinaL. , Puccinellia tenuiflora >Leymus chinensis (Trin.) Tzvel.> Iris lactea Pall.Var. .(2) Iris lactea Pall. As one of the most sensitive plants in the condition of salt stressJon poison has already appeared in the salt stress early(pH>7.2 ,solubility salt>0.1%). The soil pH is in 7.9-8.2 and the solubility salt at 0.20-0.28%,here the osmotic stress is obviously. The time of the stress will arouse the decomposition of chlorophylb and soluble protein. (3) The root (Leymus chinensis) block the ion's flow. The main osmotic agent is differently in the different stage. The soil pH is in 7.7-7.9 and the solubility salt at 0.15-0.17%,here the osmotic stress is obviously. (4) Puccinellia tenuijlora has two kinds of functions of salt-exclusion and secretion. Ion poison and osmotic stress are synchronously. The process of synthesized protein are restrained by salt stress (about pH=8.1, solubility salt=0.20%). (5) The nitrogen of var.integrifolia H.C.Fu et D.S.Wen is the biggest. The degree of ion poison is very mall. The osmotic stress play a role all the time. It maybe deposit a lot of organic compound and Na~+ . The absorbability of nitrogen may be baffled.It is an euhalophyte. (6) Potentilla anserinaL has other regulating method and osmotic agent Ion poison and repair oneself is synchronously,but the the latter is very strongly.
