In this study, To amplify genes of apoptosis and cytokine of pig (Fas, Caspase-3 and interleukin 4, inerleukin 10) , using reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) from the total RNA from PK-15 cells and Bama mini pig's peripheral blood lymphocyte stimulated by ConA. The genes were cloned into PMD18-T vector and identified by PCR and digestion, respectively. The sequence analysis showed that the nucleotide and the predicted amino acid sequences of the Fas in 'the study shared 100% homology with those of Fas was published in GenBank. The nucleotide and amino acid sequences of the Fas Of pig shared 73.4%, 79.2%, 76.4% and 56.2%, 67.0%, 64.6% with human, bovine and sheep respectively. The nucleotide and the predicted amino acid sequences of the Caspase-3 shared 98.9% and 98.6% homology with those of Caspase-3 was published in GenBank. The nucleotide and the predicted amino acid sequences of the Caspase-3 Of pig shared 88.6%, 83.5% and 87.8%, 86.7% with human and mouse, respectively.
