Paraffin section technique and light microscopy were used to investigate the anatomy of the leaves of four pecies of Rosaceae plants living in different ecosystem in Tonghua city ,Changchun city and Xianghai of Baicheng city, including Prunus armeniaca Linn, Prunus salicina Lindl, Prunus persica Linn, Prunus triloba Lindl. The results show that the plants living in Xianghai evolve various saline-alkali resistant structure,and different plant can use different way for adapt same or similar ecosystem. The plants living in Xianghai have respectively some salt-resistant and alkali-resistant structural characters, epidermis with thick corticle, well-developed palisade tissue, and so on. There finds much interstitial space among cells of Prunus armeniaca Linn. Prunus persica Linn. and Prunus triloba Lindl. living in Xianghai, the interstitial space forms after mesoglea of cell is dissolved, and turns into the aerenchyma, oxygen that is inhaled from stoma is effectively reserved in the aerenchyma, meets demand of plant. Various crystalloid exists in petioles of four species plants living in the three area (except Prunus persica Linn living in Changchun city). Forming crystalloid associate in antidotal action of plant. Crystalloid exists in cells,can chang cell osmotic pressure,raise water absorption and moistureresisting powder, collect too much salt ions avoid poison; specific upper epidermal cells of Prunus salicina Lindl. living in Xianghai patent increase, cell lumen clarity, bulliform, sector or gomphosis arrangment, similar to bulliform cell of leaf epidermis of Gramineae Poaceae or Cyperaceae, is similar bulliform cell, this is special structure in plant locality evolvement, this structure can increase water in plant, and mesophyll tissue reduce and resist the damage from strong radiation. similar bulliform cell is structure of improving plant drought resistance and resisting badness effect from environment, is one of plant appearing avail variation in natural selection; Experiment result analysis reach: the same specie plant living in three ecosystem, variation factor small in type of stomatal apparatus,distribution character of stomatal apparatus, shape of palisade tissue, the number of peliolar bundle, and so on, are relative stable phylogenetic evolution character. Experiment result of comparative structure study of four species of Rosaceae plants in three ecosystem effectively proves that four species of plant living in salted environment Xianghai for adapting saline-alkali stress, evolve different saline-alkali stress structure.
