The hemolysins are a kind of toxins which can lysa animal erythrocytes, existing in animals, bacteria and algae as small molecular organic substance in brief.In this paper two species of cyanophyta isolated from the hemipelagic area and sea cultural pools in Qingdao and the extracellular products of them were studied. The results showed that a kind of hemolytic polymer protein molecular substance which was induced by copper Cu2+ was isolated. The isolation, determination and activity measuration of it were made and it was determinated as cyanophycean toxin initially.The isolation and determination of the alga seeds: With the plate streaking technique , two cyanophyta from the algae samples were isolated and purificated and then under sterile culture .According to the morpholoygical characters of the algae, we identified the two kinds of cyanophyta as the species of Cyanophyta, Chroccoccus, Synchoccoccus after initial determination, named as Synchococcus sp Qingdao JZ 1S and Synchococcus sp Qingdao HD 3S.The identification of the algae growth condition: Usingthe multiple factorial experiment design the effect of pH, temperatures, salinities and light intensity to Synchococcus sp Qingdao JZ IS and Synchococcus sp Qingdao HD 3S were studied.The results showed as followed: The optimum pH of Synchococcus sp Qingdao JZ IS is 8.56; The optimum tempereture is 27; The optimum light intensity is 4800Lx; The optimum salinity is 28. The optimum pH of Synchococcus sp Qingdao HD 3S is 8.43; The optimum tempereture is 27; The optimum light intensity is 6000Lx; The optimumsalinity is 28.The experiment also studied the toxic effect of the copper to Synchococcus sp Qingdao JZ IS and Synchococcus sp Qingdao HD 3S.The 96h-EC50 of Synchococcus sp Qingdao JZ IS and Synchococcus sp Qingdao HD 3S is 455p,g- Cu/L and 338u? Cu/L; the 96h-EC50 of Synchococcus sp Qingdao JZ IS and Synchococcus sp Qingdao HD 3S is 372pig- Cu/L and 262p,g- Cu/L.Under the optimum growth condition and the copper's 96h-EC50,the induction , isolation and determination experiment of the hemolysins of the two species of cyanophyta wwere made.The results showed that hemolytic activities were found in the extracellular pruducts of the two species of cyanophyta. The hemolytic titer of Synchococcus sp Qingdao JZ IS is 23HU/ml;The hemolytic titer of Synchococcus sp Qingdao JZ IS is 7.5HU/ml. Synchococcus sp Qingdao JZ IS has invisible hemolytic activity. We only determinated that the extracellular toxin of Synchococcus sp Qingdao JZ IS is a extracellular hemolytic protein.
