Based on the analysis of the features of Asia winter monsoon and north-west pacific temperature's temporal and spatial variation, using simulation and statistic analysis methods such as correlation analysis, synthesis, SVD and so on, this paper study priority the regional characters of Asian winter monsoon's influence on north-west Pacific temperature. Statistic analysis and simulation all indicate that winter monsoon's impact on north-west pacific temperature contains regional characters positively, abnormal strong winter monsoon will causes the temperature's reducing of Kuroshio and our offshore and increasing of the north of Pacific warm pool synchronous, and the temperature of the adjacent area between the north of Kuroshio and the Oyashio will rise in later season. Genetic analysis shows that it may be caused by the difference of the response of each area to winter monsoon's abnormal, the Kuroshio and our offshore is influenced mostly by heat flux between the sea and atmosphere, but in the other areas, the abnormal current incited by abnormal wind has decisive effect on the change of the sea temperature, at the same time, air pressure also has some impact on the sea temperature. And this research also proves that heat flux influence predominantly the SST, but the impact of wind stress can reach the levels behind the isothermal layer.
