In this paper, we have studied the transport of the neutral in the tokamak plasma by using Monte Carlo Simulation. The model of the transport of the neutral in the plasma with poloidal rotation velocity is set up. Using it, Hydrogen transport in the CT-6B tokamak is simulated. The simulation results are preliminary analyzed. It indicates that the poloidal rotation of hydrogen ion is one of the main factor by which the distribution of hydrogen atom density is nonsymmetrical in the tokamak plasma. So the feasibility of which the poloidal rotation velocity of hydrogen ion can be obtained by analyzing the poloidal rotation velocity of hydrogen atom is identified. The data of the CT-6B tokamak plasma turbulence are analyzed by the conditional analysis technique, the window biorthogonal decomposition technique and the wavelet bicoherence technique. The localized and short-lived coherent structures are found and extracted out of the random noise background. The coherent structures are analyzed within the localized space-time region without the negative effect of the long time average, and then the temporal and spatial components of the coherent structures are obtained exactly. How the structures result from and form is preliminary analyzed by the wavelet bicoherence technique. The results are important to the research of the Plasma transport.
