In order to improve the efficiency of the Permanent Canned-Motor Pump, and decrease electromagnetics effect of the liners in designing the permanent magnet Canned-Motor Pump. The main parameters of the Permanent Canned Motor Pump have been calculated with the finited element method , the Eddy-Current of the liners also have been studied deep and systematically in this dissertation.In this paper, firstly we analyse the distribution of the magnetic field in the permanent magnet Canned Motor Pump which rate power is 15kw, and calculate the reactive Electromotive force , Armature reactance parameters of this motor pump withno loads and loads. The Canned Motor is the main part of Canned Motor Pump which is used widelyin industry to deliver the compustible, explosive, corrosive and volatile liquid. The main characters are combined the motor with the centrifugal pump. There are liners outside of stators and rotors of the motor . So aimed at that , based on deep analyzing the Eddy-Current mechanism of the stator liners and rotor liners .This paper calculated the Eddy-Current with the multiple multipole theory by deploying the liners. According to the calculation result, the electromagnetic effect of the liners in the permanent magnet Canned Motor Pump was analyzed.
