Under the guides of principles and methods of modern reservoir geology ,petroleum geology and high-resolution sequence sttratigraphy, the sedimentary facies types and the reservoir characteristics of the sixth member of Yanchang Formation in Fuxian exploration area have been deeply studied based on the analysis of sand-body origin and distribution. The sedimentary facies distribution rule of each sand body has been researched. The typies,stages and features of the reservoir diagenesis of Chang-6 section have been analysised in detail. The control factors and mechanism of the reservoir development have been expounded.Some features including the reservoir typies, reservoir space, property distribution, pore structure have been deeply studied. The structure burial history, diagenesis and pore evolution history and hydrocarbon evolution history of the reservoirs have been approached. In addition, the favorable reservoir sand body also has been evaluated and predicted after the classfication and evaluation of the Chang-6 section reservoir sand bodies have been researched by means of fuzzy distinguish.
