A strain filamentous fungus is isolated friom a bamboo parasitic fungus, which is collected form the nearly waned bamboo forest of Yang village of Leshan city, and is named as Se. The observation showed that the fungus can grow in the malt extract agar solid medium and the PDA very well In initial stage the colony of the fungus is white colour and velvety. In later stage the colony of the fimgus is brigte red colour and felt-like. The colony is tighted with the medium and not easy to pick. In the early stage the aerial mycelium grew very rapidly, and the vegetative mycelium grew slower comparing with the aerial mycelium, and which mycelium are white colour. In the late stage the aerial mycelium degenerated and became red colour and is on the above of the vegetative mycelium, and the vegetative mycelium becam red colour yet Observing in the Microscop, the mycelium are made up of the multi-cells, and have diazoma The mycelium can yield spore which can germinate into mycelium again in some condition, and the new mycelium are the same as the hypha that produced from the spore of the bamboo parasitic fungus. The stroma of the bamboo parasitic fungus is anomalo-neoplasia, pin and phellem; The perithecium is spherical nearly and buried in the exo-tissue of the stroma Each ascus has 6 ascospore which is rectangle or spindle, and the ascospore has the length and breadth diazoma which like brick wall and have different forms and sizes; The main secondary metabolite of the bamboo parasitic fungus contain Perylenequinones compound such ashypooellin A According to the Fungi Identification Manual, this fungi belong to Ascomycetes, Hypocreaceae, Sharaia bambusicola P.Henn.Natural Sharaia bambusicola P Ham contain perylenequinones which have very high medicine value. After separating its hypha, Potato juiceand rice being used as basic medium, the effects of incubation Temperature, pH of the medium, sources of Carbon and Nitrogen, and water on the feet which this fungus produced poylenequinones in the solid state condition, and the optimum culture condition of the solid-state fermenation was obtained by using erthoexperimental design of L9(34): 20 g nitric ammonium, 50g malt sugar and 1200ml Potato juice being added to 1 Kg basic medium, temperature 26℃, pH natural The total perylenequinones was about 2.4 chromo-value in one gram mycelium. The investigation of the effects of metal ion and growth factor in the mectium showed that a bit Potassium dichromate and some Peptone can improve the products of the pigments. The investigation examined the different extract condition of the mycelium solid state fermentation products. The best extract condition is temperature 60℃, and extract times 3 times and every time 2h, the extract solvent is acetone, the ratio of the mycelium fermentation products and the extract solvent is 1/6. The extract products 'detergent is skellysolve, and washing temperature 50℃, washing times 2 times and every time 10min, the ratio of the extract products and the skellysolve is 1/9. The last procedur is cryodrying. Adopting above procedures, The end products are obtainedThe investigation also studies the medicine principle of the end products such as anti-inflammation, analgesia and anti-bacterium. These examines show that the end products can reduce significantly the number of times of twisted-body and the amount of bleeding plasm in the inflammation locus of the white mice, which also rise the pain domain and have bacteriostasis.
