In this thesis, the basal theory of the nuclear structure were firstly and systemically described, the background and the application of the liquid-drop model, feimi-gas model, shell model and collective movement model were meticulously concluded and summarized. On the one hand, we not only pointed out their success, as well as their important effects on developing the nuclear theory and setting up the integrated nuclear theory system, but also pointed out their deficiencies.Secondly, on the base of pairing correlation, the odd-even differences of nuclear qualities were researched systemically,then we educed the following three mostly research results. First, from the binding energy formula of the nuclear, fitted the nucleus experimental data of the A-130, 150 and 190 regions by using the odd-even differences formula of binding energy, the odd-even differences of binding energy were observed, it showed that even-even nucleus were steadier than neighboring odd-even ones and odd-even nucleus were steadier than neighboring odd-odd ones, this conclusion accorded with the experimental results. Second, the moments of inertia were analysed meticulously, fitted the nucleus experimental data of the A-130 and 150 regions by using the odd-even differences formula of the moments of inertia, it showed that there wasn't obvious odd-even differences, while there was obvious odd-even differences in 190 region. These results indicated that pairing correlation in 130 and 150 regions were weaker than 190 region. This conclusion was consistent with the laboratorial one. Third, other nuclear quanlities(such as fission caused by slow neutron, odd-even difference of frequency of bandcrossing etc) were researched briefly, no other than pairing correlation, their results represented a series of odd-even differences.Lastly, we summarized the new development of identical bands, then we gave an elementary introduction of characteristic and origin of identical bands. We analyzed some typical identical bands with four-parameterABSTRACTrotational spectrum formula of Bohr-Mottelson's I(i+1) expression, so we drew the conclusion. The dynamic moments of inertia J(2) of so-called two identical bands are very similar, but the kinetic moments of inertia J(1) and bandhead moments of inertia J0 aren't equal. Signature partner bands are almost identical. The conclusion we obtained agree with reference [17].
