| This thesis firstly summarized the nuclear structure model and the theory of rotational spectrum.抣hen, based on these, the spins of superdeforrned(SD) bands were assigned and the moments of inertia were analyzed detailedly. Lastly, identical bands were sttidied.Froin these studies,we get many useful, interesting and important results. Firstly, sonic nuclear structure models which have got great success were sunimarized systematically and then we gave an elementary introduction of Project Shell N4odel-?a new shell model which has developed in recent years. Secondly, SOflIC rotational spectrum formulas were analyzed systematically, which give valuable information for the study on rotational spectrum . This thesis fitted the rotational spect ruin of the normal de fib rn cd bands in actinide and rare梕arth even梕ven nuclei by using Bohr桵ottclson抯 1(1 I-I) expression. The results show that the normal defbrned bands can be described very well with the Bohr-Mottelson抯 1(1?) expression. This indicates that the normal deformed nuclei have a good axial symmetry. At the same time, we analyzed the Wtt-Zengs two-parameter ab formula and three- parameter abc formula and compared their convergence. The results show that the ab formula and abc formula both have some limitations when they are used to analyze the Si) bands. But comparatively the convergence of the two-parameter ab formula is better than that of the three梡arameter abc formula. Thirdly, the spins of Si) bands were assigned and the moments of inertia were analyzed, then some interesting and important conclusions were obtained. At first, we assigned the spins of Si) bands in the A?190 region by using Harris抯 two梡arameter formula. 慒lie bandhiead spins we assigned agree with the spills which were assigned with the Wtt-Zcng抯 two梡arameter ab formula.
