The Development Of The Light Hydraulic Driven Coring Drill And Tools For Soft Sediment

Environmental and Scientific Drilling is defined as "combining the drilling-engineering and environment-science, utilizing the dirlling equipments and technology to realize the intention of sampling and environmental controlling" . In accordance with the increasing need of the drilling missions and the developing actuality of Environmental and Scientific Drilling machines,we have designed the drill machines and drill tools,and put forward the technology rules.This paper introduces the hydraulic driven driller and tools which aim at sampling without disturbing the sample.They are mostly used to sample in the lakes and loess layer.The main contents of the paper are as follows:At first, begining with the rise of Environmental and Scientific Drilling, this paper introduces the requirement and research actuality of the drill machines and the dirll tools for the drilling of environment-science ,and points out the important meaning and necessity of developing these machines.In the following several chapters ,the paper introduces the main design procedures,including "selecting the scheme","calculating the parameters of technique specialty ", "the constitution and characteristic of the driller", "the design calculation and calibration of the crucial parts" .Then discusses the drilling technology and introduces the work principle, the complexion of the sampler drill 's installation and testing.At last, the paper generalizes the design and the experimentation , points out the next target.
