The Innovation Of Organization Structure Of LHGC

Managers of enterprise have to change thire way of working due to the change of envoirnment. Sometimes they even have to rebuild the organization structure. Liao He Geology Exploration Company, LHGC is short, is just in the case as metioned above. As the decline of crude oil production, LHGC have to reform its organization, because they have feelled great and great pressure of market competition.In order to fulfill the work of restructur, this paper start with business process analysis. Some other methods, such as BPR, are also used to found the system shortage of LHGC management system. After found out the problems of LHGC, the principles of reform given. Finally, an action plan of restructure is designed.Compared with original management system of LHGC, the new one is more flat and effctive. Because many management fuctions are intergrated and packge up, the number of department reduced, but every department can understand its duty clearly. Some experienced managers back to thire position in operation level. LHGC can work more smoothly than before.In the fourth part of this paper, the process of restructuring is discussed. It is suggested that LHGC should built its management system based on target of making all staff working hard. In this system, achievement evaluation system is a very important foundational part.More than 10 surveys are carried on. At the end of paper, some questionnaires and using note are attached. Those questionnaires are used to collect usful date for the reforme.This paper trys combine management theories with management proctice, and marked out the resourse of theories. After some days passed, we found the plan of reform worked well.
