On the foundation of reference researches,through analyzing the condition of rainfall and hydrogeology of Tian-tang river in the suburb of south-east of Beijing,the mathematical models of the shallow ground water movement were founded. According to the experiment result of pump water and other reference data,the parameter of hydrogeology and ground water were established. On the foundation of present and future trend of using water on industry,agriculture and living,the solution of mathematical models were calculated by the method of finite element. On the foundation of mathematical models,the variation of shallow ground water of the basin of Tian-tang river were simulatively analyzed and forecasted. The movement situation of ground water on the different condition of rainfall levels,planting structure and saving water irrigation were forecasted separately in the year of 2005,2010 and 2020. It was concluded that the ground water of Tian-tang basin was over-used. If without development of saving water methods and changing the structure of planting,the level of groundwater will descend year after year,and it will also effect the development of agriculture and economy of this area. At last,some advises and suggestions were given on the development of direction and measures of saving water in the future.
