The present dissertation is a systematic study on the Chinese lassine Cicadellid. It comprises mainly there parts: the taxonomic section and the fauna analysis and the cladistic analysis of lasinae and Batracomorphus.1 Classification58 species in total of the lassinae from China are described, which are grouped into 5 genera (laasus, Batracomorphus, Trocnadella ,Krisna, Parakrisnd) ; 10 species are new to the cicadellid fauna of China. Some species are revised; 5 new combinations are created. Each genus and most species is fully described; and an account of its distribution and, if possible, host plant and diagnostic remarks are included. Keys to the genera and species are made. Illustrations of critical characters of adults are given. The new taxa, new records to Chinese fauna and new combinations in this study are listed as follows: (1) lassusparalanio Jiang et Cai, sp. nov. (fig.7)This new species resembles I. lanio, but differs from the latter in the color of pronotum and the structure of male genitalia, especially the characters of thepygophore appendage.Length: ♂ 6.0mm, ♀6.1; Length incL Tegm.: ♂ 7.3mm,-? 7.3mm.Holotype♂ , Paratype ♀, East village, MudanJiang, Liaoning Prov., 1980.
