This paper mainly researched the [Ca2+]i of macrophages irradiated with low-intensity laser by LSCM (laser scanning confocal microscope), and the immunocompetence of macrophages irradiated with low-intensity laser by SPC(single photon counter device).First in introduction, the paper introduced the research of the application in clinic and the action mechanism of the biostimulation of low-intensity laser. At the same time, this paper explained the aim and meaning of the study. After investigated the status of research in board and aboard, the paper summarized the actuality and brief history of the research of the clinic and action mechanism of low-intensity laser on treating illness. And then this paperrecapitulative introduced the system and application of LCSM.The paper researched the [Ca2+]j of macrophages irradiated with low-intensity laser by LSCM. Experiments indicated that the [Ca2+]i of macrophages were difference obviously when macrophages irradiated with different random, power or irradiation dose of low-intensity laser. Proper dose of low-intensity He-Ne laser irradiation can increase the [Ca2+]; of the macrophages effectively. Unsuitable dose of low-intensity He-Ne laser irradiation would no increase even decrease the [Ca2+]j of the macrophages. The paper detected the MCLA-enhanced chemiluminescence of macrophages irradiated with He-Ne laser by SPC to research the immunocompetence of macrophages irradiated with low-intensity laser.Experiments indicated that the immunocompetence of macrophages were difference obviously when macrophages irradiated with different random, power or irradiation dose of low-intensity laser. Proper dose of low-intensity He-Ne laser irradiation can increase the immunocompetence of the macrophages effectively. Unsuitable dose of low-intensity He-Ne laser irradiation would no increase even decrease the immunocompetence of the macrophages.Last, paper prospected the foreground of the application of low-intensity laser treating sickness in the fields of biology and physic.
