In this paper, The princile . the feature -?development and present situation of supercritical extraction (SFE) are summarized. According to the condition that the choice of SFE抯 factor will affect the efficience of SFE, When applying SFE to extract souse rock in laboratory, I choose three main factors (improvable agent.. pressure.. temperature) to do the experiment .. test effect that difference of those fators affect SFE抯 efficence and set up the best conditions of SFE in this laboratory. Three different souse rock抯 samples were tested on such best conditions, then compared with Soxhlet in two aspects(comprehensive characters and organical geochemical parameters of extraction).SFE is a new method of extracting materials from solvent by using special features of supercritical liqid in recent year. It is developed fast in environmental analysis.. food industry, medical industry and chemical industry, but its application in oil & gas geochemistry was not reported, so I try SFE in souse rock抯 samples.Conclusions from experiments:(1)Due to the small polarity of C02, only alkane whose poiarity is very small can be extracted from suose rock, in order to extract other important organic composition from souse rock,different improvable agents were added in the test. CH2C12.. CHC13.. CH3OH.. C6H6 were chosen from experiment of choosing improvable agent. With different improvable agents, organic materials from extraction were analysed and compared by using GC桵S. I conclude that CH2C12 is the best improvable agent for SFE to extract organic materials from souse rock. A part of terpanes.. steroids chemical compound and aromatic hydrocarbon chemical compound series were detected by GC桵S. Especially effect of some aromatic hydrocarbon chemical compound extraction is good. Adding improvable agent is beneficial to polar material extration from souse rock, different suose rock need different improvable agent (here donot discuss more), CH2C12 was chosen as suitable improvable agent in the laboratory.(2)Because the change of pressure will directly affect supercritical CO2 desity, then affect the solubility of souse rock sampl. In order to make souse rock sample has as high as soubility in supercritical CO2. choosing pressure experiments were applied. Refer to extract pressure of environment sample, the pressures of 8Obar.. 1 7Obar.. 24Obar were taken and conclude: when the pressure is 24Obar, analytic crests of SFE material through GC-MS are perfect, alkane and aromatic hydrocarbon chemical compound were observed to have higher abundant degree, but when the pressure is 1 7Obar or 8Obar, not only their abundant degree are low, but also the crests are not perfect. It is benificial to extract organic matter from souse rock at high presure by using SFE.(3)The change of temperature is also affect supercritical CO2 desity greatly and choosing temperature is very important, Refer to extract temperature of environment sample, the temperatures of 45C.. 6 5 0C and 80C were taken and conclude: when the temperature is 45C, analytic n-alkane抯 crests of SFE material through (3C-MS are perfect and abundant degree is high, only three aromatic hydrocarbon chemical compound among all aromatic hydrocarbon chemical compound have good crest. when the temperature is 80 C, alkane and aromatic hydrocarbon chemical compound抯 crest are not perfect. when the temperature is 650, alkane series抯 crest are perfect, and five aromatic hydrocarbon chemical compounds have high abundant degree. SFE is good for souse rock抯 extraction at 65 C, rising temperature is benifical to SFE, but it is unfavorable for SFE when rising temperature at constant pressure. Thus, in this experiment, the best condition for SFE from souse rock ~S:using CH2C12 as improvable agent at the pressure of 24Obar and the temperature of600C0Coal~. oil shale~ carbonate rock were extracted by using SFE on best condition, compare to Soxhlet抯 results: The result of high content of organic matter (coal) extraction is good, After GC-MS analysis,chain hydroc...
