Sudy On The Benefit Analysis Of Comprehensive Harness For Small Watershed Based On GIS

Based on the GIS, the paper adopts degree of incidence analysis model of gray system theory, taking wuxiaochuan,donggupi and kennei small watershed benefit after harness compared with before harness for example, proceeding merit and demerit arrangement of three small watershed harness result according to the incidence coefficient of each single index and the degree of incidence of the whole process of system to gain the result of small watershed comprehensive harness.The paper's technological process as follows: First, establishing the datebase of small watershed benefit analysis through the strong spatial analysis and the function of model calculation of ARC/INFO ARC. ARCEDIT, etc with the forest spot factor for unit, to quantify each evaluation index of small watershed and to realize attribute and spatial datebase's interactive query. Second, selecting thirteen evaluation indexes ,counting each single index's incidence coefficient of three small watershed based on the degree of incidence analytical model of gray system theory, and defining weight addition on the basis of above condition to gain ecology~ society~ economy and synthesis benefit's degree of incidence. Third, proceed merit and demerit arrangement of three small watershed harness result according to the degree of incidence.As a whole, harness result of three small watershed differs slightly at similar and society-economy condition with the same harness model. On the synthesis benefit and ecology~ social benefit, the acquisitive result of kennei small watershed is prominence comparatively; whereas, on enconomic benefit ,the result of donggupi small watershed is better, but thereof ecology and social benefit is relative weakness; as incidence coefficient of each single index and degree of incidence of the whole process, wuxiaochuan small watershed keeps relatively balanced develop posture, thereof harness result is comparatively steadily development.Small watershed comprehensive harness acquire better economy, ecology and social benefit, at the same time, there are some unignorant problems, such as, the resource of small watershed fail to fully exert. So, we must regard sustainable development as substance of small watershed comprehensive treatment. In order to get more preferable comprehensive treatment benefit and promote the develop of regional economy, keeping a way of soil-conservation-type ecological agriculture and economic construction of small watershed ecology is imperative.
