The Photoelectric and Spectrosocopic properties of the Bilayer Lipid Membrane (BLM)---doped with the C60 moleculares were studied. The achievements are described as follows:1.The composition of the traditional BLM-forming solution was improved. As the result, the improved BLM was easier to be doped by functional materials.2.The method of preparing BLM was improved .The BLMs,including the conventional planer BLM,the s-BLM and the Agr-BLM,were more easier to be formed, and more stable in the mechanics. Morover,we provided some new and pratical methodes to monitor the formation of the BLM system.3.The electronic processes in BLMs were confirmed by the BLM doped with C60.4.The photoelectronic processes in BLM were studied. The new sensitive photoelectronic sensors could be developed based on the study..5.The sensitivity to the F was raised by incorporating C60 to the BLM.6.The interaction between the BLM molecular and the modifier was studied with the Raman Spectroscopy. It was found the pyride is a new and ideal solvent to enhance the solubility of the C60.7.The quenching of the fluorescence peak at 572.Snm and the enhancement of the other peak at 503.3nm of Rhodamine B byadsorbed on silver nanopartile surface were investigated by quantum theoretical calculation.
