Chaos is a sort of random phenomenon that happens in a fixed system. As a new subject of science, chaos has been developing rapidly since 1990s and successfully using in many areas such as: communication and medical. It is on of the most popular research subjects all over the world.In this paper, the feedback method is used to make the chaos controller to control the chaos system successfully based on the system stability criterion and successfully applied in the communication. The main work is as follows:Based on the Routh-Hurwitz stability criterion a feedback controller is created to control the Liu chaos system using the feedback method. Liu chaos system is controlled to a status of stable.During the research of the application of the Liu chaos system, the synchronization of chaos systems is very important. So a special chaos synchronization model is used to synchronize the Liu chaos systems. This method could successfully encode and uuencode the signals of communication systems.Since the chaos system are sensitive to the initial conditions and the parameters, so the synchronization of the Liu chaos system with varying parameters is optimized. Using the CLF (Control Lyapunov Function) stabilization analytical method we can get the model of the feedback controller. In this case we can decrease the transmit error that caused by the varying unstable parameters during the communication. The fidelity could be increased highly.
