Shengtuo region is located in the north steep slope of Dongying depression, bounded to north by Chenjiazhuang heave, to south by Lijin sag and Minfeng sag. Shengtuo oilfield develops in the researched area. The Shengtuo oilfield is the major oil exploration zone in Shengli oilfield, he main oil-bearing series is Es2. After the development of nearly 50 years, the Shengtuo oilfield has come to high water content late production stage. For futher improving oilfield development level, achieving stable and high producing ability, it is necessary to recognize the fine correlation and micro-sedimentary facies.Grounding on stratigraphy of lithologic sequence and theory of sedimentology, choosing traditionally formation divided method, the typical section is marker formation in the area, sand body of Es2 section of Tuo 11 block are divided into two sub-section, which are respective Es2x and Es2s from bottom to top. The sub-section Es2x are divided into six sand bed groups, the sub-section Es2s are divided into seven sand bed groups. And every sand bed group is divided into some sublayer, The Es2 is divided into 56 sublayers. On the basis of the stratigraphic framework, the formation frame of the research area is established, and I also studied every sand group of sand body surface exhibition cloth form. Through the analysis of the study area purpose layer that segment of the stratum thickness changes smaller overall fluctuation and section formation development is thicker.The study of sedimentary environment of Es2 of Tuo 11 block is carried out through rock core observation, log response feature and the predecessors'research based on formation framework built. And the study make clear that they are most developed delta facies during sediment of Es2xD to Es2x4, and the delta facies here can be further divided into two subfacies which are composed of delta plain and delta front, and these subfacies include five microfacies which are composed of distritary channel, distritary bay, sub-distritary, mouth bar and sand sheet. In the study area mainly developed braided channel facies during sediment of Es2x3 to Es2x1, and the braided channel facies include three microfacies which are composed of braided channel, flood plain and point bat. Control research area sediments formed development, influence the distribution of sediments and main factors were the tectonic activities and provenance of nature.
