The benefits equilibrium of all stakeholders and maximizing the whole benefits of the network in Eco-Industrial Symbiosis Network (EISN), which is basic guarantee for the Stable and sustainable operation of EISN. Decision makers need to consider a variety of resource constraints and uncertainty of the situations and propose the optimal strategy as EISN running is influenced by a variety uncertainty of factors. Therefore, taking into account the three uncertainty problems include the uncertainty of sub-unit cost and conversion of secondary raw materials that the decomposition enterprises use, the uncertainty of producer enterprises and decomposer enterprises transaction costs receptively, the uncertainty of the returns and demands, this thesis apply the robust optimization to the EISN and develops counterpart a framework for the robust optimization model and analyze EISN profit maximization with the network equilibrium. Specific studies are as follows:1. The relevant researches of the EISN and development of robust optimization theory and applications at home and abroad were reviewed in this thesis, and analysis the variety of uncertain factors which influence to the EISN equilibrium for each stakeholder relationship between the interests, applying stakeholder theory to analyze the factor of benefit driver of all stakeholders in EISN. Meanwhile, we introduce the related to theoretical knowledge of the robust optimization method.2. The problem of the uncertainty of sub-unit cost and conversion of secondary raw materials that the decomposition enterprises use has been solved by robust optimization. This charter develops a framework for the optimization model and analysis of EISN profit maximization with government incentives, which includes m-producer enterprises and n-decomposer enterprises. Moreover, considering the uncertainty of sub-unit cost and conversion of secondary raw materials that the decomposition enterprises used, robust discrete optimization model of the profit maximization problem of EISN has been constructed for a more reflection of operation of EISN.3. The problem of the uncertainty of producer enterprises and decomposer enterprises transaction costs receptively influenced by many risk factors of the ISO has been solved by robust optimization. This charter develops a framework for the optimization model and analysis of EISN profit maximization with Info-Service Outsourcing and government incentive, which includes m-producer enterprises and n-decomposer enterprises. Moreover, the uncertainty of producer enterprises and decomposer enterprises transaction costs receptively influenced by many risk factors of the ISO are analyzed, and a robust optimization model of the profit maximization problem of EISN has been constructed for a more reflection of operation of EISN.4. The problem of the uncertainty of the returns and demands has been solved by robust optimization. This charter made research on the one-echelon multi-period and multi-echelon multi-period Inventory control problem of EISN and proposed a non-linear robust optimization model of minimizing the overall cost of EISN under certain government encouraging policies and considering that the returns and demands in EISN are uncertain,. Therefore, the minimum overall cost of EISN is obtained. Finally, from the uncertainty of three issues discussion above, we constructed the counterpart robust optimization model, used the approach of network optimization and strong duality theory to translating the robust optimization problem into linear programming problem, and proved the existence of the model solution. We can apply Lingo, Matlab and other mathematical tools to solve these problems and analyze numerical examples are given to illustrate the effectiveness of robust optimization methods, and achieve the win-win of economic and environmental benefits in the end at the premise of the network equilibrium.
