Urban public transport is an important part of the public transport system and also an important mode of transportation for residents.At present,the urban public transport network in China has basically completed the route layout,on this basis,the optimization of the public transport network has become the focus of research.The optimization of public transport network has a great impact on easing traffic congestion and improving the convenience of travel.It is very important for the development of urban public transport to observe and analyze the urban public transport system objectively,comprehensively and scientifically,find out the optimization direction of the public transport network,and further put forward a rigorous and verifiable optimization scheme based on the actual situation.Based on the complex network science,this paper analyzes and studies the urban public transport network based on multi-source public transport data to understand its overall characteristics.First of all,the structure data of the public transport network and the subway network are cleaned and processed,L-Space model and C-Space model are used to build the bus network and the bus-subway composite network.Secondly,by comparing the topological characteristics of public transport network and composite network,the direction and breakthrough point of public transport network optimization are found out.The results show that with the addition of subway,the topological characteristics of urban public transport network have been significantly improved,and the public transport network and composite network have no significant scale-free.This shows that the transportation network is still in the process of development.And because of the influence of road planning,residents distribution,policy implementation and other factors,the connection between the new node and the original network is not completely in accordance with its preference dependence,but has its own self-organization law.Based on the analysis results of network characteristics,this paper constructs the bus-subway weighted composite network and optimizes the bus line network on the basis of swiping card data.First of all,using the survey results of urban residents' travel characteristics and the data of bus and subway swiping card,the traffic efficiency between adjacent stations is defined and taken as the weight of the network connection,the network efficiency is improved based on the traffic efficiency of the connection.Then,taking the improved network efficiency as the optimization objective,the increase and deletion of stations as the optimization means to build the optimization model of public transit network.Finally,the simulation experiment is carried out with the real data of Beijing public transportation,and the feasibility of the application of the optimization model in the current transportation is analyzed.The simulation results show that the overall efficiency of Beijing public transport network can be improved by2.12% by using this optimization method.
