With the rapid development of automobile industry, as well as the rising level of people's income and consumption, the car consumption has become a new fashion. At the same time, private car has become a quick access to thousands of families. In despite of the convenience, there are also some new social problems caused by private cars and services for them, such as the unclear distribution of private car services and the unreasonable layout of parking lots in many cities. To solve the above questions, this paper brings forward a plan about the distribution of private car services and the geography information system of parking location. Besides, a further analysis and application of this system can be found in this paper.This paper applies GIS to the distribution of private car services and the parking location system, aiming to make the information of private car services visualized in the digital map, so that a large number of private car services information can be more intuitive. Taking into account the factors that influence parking location, this paper has explored suitable parking location model, and applies it to the parking location system. With the spatial analysis function, GIS can plan out more services and facilities for private cars, providing a scientific basis for site planning.Based on the GIS theory, urban planning theory, operational research theory and the standard system, this paper makes a programme about the data of private car service and conceptual model of digital map, and also constructs a conceptual model to integrate the above two.Through analysis, this paper has established a model of parking lots selection, and a more complete integrated conceptual model of data structure of private car service facilities. Simultaneously, it realizes the basic function modules of this system. The location analysis module in the system can make the parking lot selection analysed and visualized, and this is also fulfill the purpose of this paper.
