Large-scale construction project(LSCP) is a kind of project which possesses some small especial characteristics and has played an important role in national defence and country economy construction. Its organization structure has network connections feature obviously , because of involving lots of ministries and commissions, including thousands of construction units, design units, supervising units and suppliers, and so on. and that we can say the project organization structure is the"back"and"nerve hinge"in project construction, so it is quiet crucial for the success of project that whether its frame is reasonable or not and its communication is smooth or not.The traditional organization structure model has not satisfied the management of LSCP, Based on the research"Complex network organization modeling and theories or methods on analyzing performance in LSCP", on this paper aiming at its meshy character, from the angle of network organization, applying complex network theory and its description methods, we established organization structure simulation model and analyzed captured data. There are main contents and new points as follows:(1) With the foundation of the scholar's organization structure having a third class project office, we established the network organization structure physical model of LSCP based on its relation-network, through analyzing the organization's node types and its relations among nodes in LSCP and using complex network's expression methods for reference. We also brought forward a Relation- Measurement-Matrix method describing network organization structure, and then using Matlab simulation tool, we showed that the network organization structure has a small world feature.(2) On a base of network organization structure of LSCP , we designed its simulation model based on the Anylogic tool, in the model the network organization structure was abstracted as four parts which include resources set, activity set, agent set, simulation cooperation frame and communication mechanism. Also we designed two important indexes'calculation algorithms whose values are obtained by simulation, the two indexes which are used for evaluating the efficiency of organization structure are cooperation cost among organizations and activity's finished time.(3) we used the example of Three Gorge engineering and implemented the simulation model of organization structure by the application of the module of discrete event and the one based on agent in Anylogic software. Through executing the model, we got the evaluation indexes'detail values. According to the values of cooperation cost and activity's actual finished time between the simulation cooperation frames of network organization structure and matrix organization structure, we appraise the two organization structure's level in LSCP.
