| The aim of 'OneGeology Project' is to establish a system that makes use of J2EE and WebGIS technology to serve multiple scales of geological map based on Internet. The project contains lots of international organizations and countries as members. Countries involved in the project publish web services based on OGC standards and register the access on the OneGeology portal to realize the target of geological map data sharing.The spatial database of 1:1M of China is established using computer technology and spatial database technology which covered land region of China, Taiwan Province and Hainan Province included. The database is based on MapGIS6.7 platform, combined with ArcGIS, Access software, composed of geological map database, geography map database and metadata database. Unified projection, unified code and unified data formats are also adopted. The database is stored in forms of sheet and total number is 64. The extent of every sheet of geological map is 4°×6°.This paper generally applies relevant standards and requirements of'OneGeology Project' to make research on digital geological map data sharing on the basis of newly established spatial database of 1:1M geological map of China, which will lay foundation for'OneGeology-China'. This thesis draws primary conclusion and new fruit as follows:1. This paper applies 1:1M geological map database management system to extract 1:1M geological map and applies MapGIS software to reduce, integrate, transform geological data and applies ArcGIS software to project geological map, establish style file, render geological data and vary the content of attribute table.2. The paper discourse the technology and method of 1:1M geological map data, including WebGIS, WebService, WMS, WFS, GML, GeoSciML, and so on. The paper also introduced distributed object technology.3. The paper completes configuration and deployment of Web Map Service based on MapServer and 1:1M geological map database. Also, it makes research of confrguration and deployment of Web Feature Service based on GeoSciML data model, MapServer and Cocoon2.4. The data sharing research of 1:1M geological map based on OneGeology provides a deeper awareness of geological information sharing solution, strengthen the communication and cooperation with the foreign counterparts. |
