Analysis On The Interactive Relationship Of Science And Technology And Politics

Science and technology and politics are two important fields of human social life. Although each has its independent history of occurrence and development and logic of inner development, with the continuous progress of human society, both two not only got great progress, but also the long and meaningful contact of them gets long-term development.This thesis has four parts to discuss the relationship between Science and technology and Politics. The first part analyses the traditional view, which Science and technology has nothing to do with Politics, on the basis of introducing the concepts of Science and technology and Politics, and puts forward the view that Science and technology and Politics combine closely on the basis of relatively independent. The second part discusses that Science and technology influence on the political subjects, such as states, government, political parties, and citizens and so on, in detail at first. This influences performance in Science and technology push states properties change, broaden the scope of state sovereignty, urged the government to real and virtual bound from reality-based, the hierarchical structure of virtual to flat system structure, shocked the traditional concept of political parties, changed the ways of political parties to survive, and provided intellectual support and material security for Political participation of citizens. Then analyses that Science and technology influence on political subjects behavior, the analysis of political behavior is embodied in four aspects, they are social management, political participation, ideology and political power. The third part discusses the impact of Politics on Science and Technology. This effect manifest that Politics promotes and hinders the development of Science and Technology from the outside, and control the direction of development of Science and Technology. Politics is an important factor for constructing and advancement of Science and Technology. The forth part first discusses if Science and Technology and Politics live together in harmony, as two social subsystems, then puts forward some countermeasures on how to realize the Science and Technology and Politics harmonious interaction.
