The Research On The Social Negative Effect Of Scientific Technology

The "Exordium" section summarizes the concept—the social negative effect of scientific technology, and analyzes the present condition and significance of research, as well as the thinking and method of research.In the first part of this paper, it mainly summarizes five aspects of the social negative effect of scientific technology—the destruction and consumption on the nature, the injury to human beings, the alienation of daily life, the influence on the social moral order, and detachment from the man's control. The author puts forward many examples to demonstrate the social negative effect of scientific technology.In the second part, it describes the reasons of the social negative effect of scientific technology, which makes people carry on the deep introspection of the real reason. In this part, the author analyses the limitation of man's cognition, the institution defects, the temptation of interests and the scientific technology defects of its own.In the third part, the author puts forward some measures to reduce or avoid the injury of the social negative effect. Based on analyzing the injury to man's production and life, it is necessary for us to take effective measures to solve the problem. This article makes a comprehensive and systematic study of the social negative effect of scientific technology from six aspects to reduce the negative effect--improving the understanding of the social negative effect of scientific technology, elaborating the system institution of scientific technology application, strengthening moral education,legal restraint, external supervision and making the scientific technology perfect gradually.In the last part,the author gives a brief conclusion. With the development of the scientific technology, the social negative effect to human beings will be reduced or avoided.
