In this paper, graph theory tools, algebraic modeling techniques described the pattern of relationships, and investigate these models impact on the network members, as well as the future development of the network. Using the social network map to show post the relationship between social networks has the strong capability of visualization, simultaneously, using graph theory analysis of the measurable amount of the rights of members of the network location and the interaction between the entire network.Statistical Process Control detects abnormal small changes in quality in real-time by plotting control chart, early warning, in order to take effective preventive measures. This paper deals with the application of SPC to Social Network Analysis, for example the post of the large customers with the Baoji Post Bureau. It is a new attempt of social network analysis that using network centrality and density as the quality features, with the accumulation and control charts detect abnormal changes in quality features, and then analyze the reasons of these changes in the entire network. And using the post of major clients with the Baoji Post Bureau as an example to show some common methods used in the analysis of social relations with the diagram of social network.
