Recently,as the development of network globalized and digitalized, geographic information system (GIS) which based on Internet provides an new opportunity to the information acquisiting sharing and publishing. However,the existing WebGIS architecture is still insufficient to meet the GIS application needs alone in Internet environment, therefore, in search for new GIS system online is an important research direction in sharing world-web efficiently and timely. this paper presents the thought of establishing industrial economy operation of Henan monitoring and warning system based on WebGIS.Combined with the instance of establishing"monitoring platform of the industrial economy of Henan Province", Proposed an specific design which based on industrial economy WebGIS in monitoring and warning, the paper brings forward the project to build industrial economy monitoring and warning of information Publication System. Using existing basic geographic data.The system combines submitting the characteristics of information and data of key industries, enterprises,economic performance, as well as municipality of the Henan Province, using database features of SQL Server, a network of geographic information systems development components of ArcIMS and Visual Studio. Net 2005 development environment, designed and developed monitoring and warning system on industrial economy of Henan. The system's technology researches and main functions are divided into the following four aspects:1.The article has done systmatic needs analysis with the monitoring and warning system about industrial economy of HeNan ,and in accordance with the network geographic information system software engineering ideas and methods,combined with its own characteristics of the daily production, sale and transport data of the coal industry ,and analysis of the system architecture and solution of the scientific,design multi-tier distributed application model.2.According to monitoring data and basic characteristics of geographic data and systems specifications for data on the basis of geographic data and spatial data were processed and designed the database storage structure. combining with SQL Server database and ArcSDE,established of spatial data and attribute data stored in spatial databases and basic geographic database.3.According to the system Goals,developed by the planning system and determine the size of the various components of the system, the system applys information processing means, using network technology and mathematical models,the establishment of collection of data exchange, monitoring analysis, prediction of warning, command and control, information dissemination and other functions in one information sharing and decision support platform.4.According to a variety of economic data and using the exponential smoothing warning of method, realize the situation real-time monitoring of the coal industry,combined with WebGIS spatial analysis of monitoring data analysis, the paper realizes web publication of with a certain stability, normative and practical the warning and monitoring system of industrial economy in Henan Province based on WebGIS...
