Under the wave of a new round of technological revolution, digital technology represented by big data, cloud computing, artificial intelligence and service trade are deeply integrated to give birth to digital service trade. The digital service trade, which is characterized by data as the element, service as the core, and deep empowerment of digital technology, not only has a stronger knowledge ’spillover effect’ due to its massive data information, but also plays a service role in the global value chain, accelerating the deepening of production segmentation, and acting on the scale of value-added trade, and applies to the scale of value-added trade. The fundamental purpose of countries(regions)participating in global value chains is to obtain trade benefits. Therefore, this paper not only studies the impact of digital service trade on the scale of value-added trade, but also further examines its impact on trade benefits. At the same time, the spatial scope and participants of digital service trade have been expanded and enriched with the development of digital technology. The structure of digital service trade presents a three-dimensional and networked development trend. In view of this, under the background of the increasing improvement of the value-added accounting system, this paper accurately displays the fuzzy digital service trade network based on the social network analysis method, take the status of digital service trade network as the research perspective, and to affect the value-added trade scale and the trade gains. The transmission path and effect of interpretation have certain practical and theoretical significance. This paper will analyze this issue step by step according to the sequence of theoretical analysis-factual description-test of the effect of value added trade scale-test of the effect of trade benefits. In this regard, the PageRank centrality of digital service trade network is used to characterize the status of countries(regions)in the digital service trade network.By constructing a Ricardian model of nested production of manufacturing and service industries, the influence of PageRank centrality of digital service trade network on the scale of value-added trade and trade interests and its influence mechanism are clarified.Secondly, based on the relevant indicators of social network analysis, the overall pattern of digital and non-digital service trade networks is compared and analyzed, and further, the typical facts of the status of digital service trade networks and export value added are depicted;finally, this paper empirically tests the influence and mechanism of PageRank centrality of digital service trade network on the scale of value-added trade and trade benefits. The conclusions are as follows:Firstly, the theoretical model shows that the improvement of PageRank centrality of a country ’s(region’s)digital service trade network has a positive impact on the total service volume of the country(region),thereby reducing the cost of service input, and ultimately promoting the scale of value-added trade and trade benefits.Logical analysis shows that the improvement of PageRank centrality of digital service trade network promotes the scale of value-added trade of a country(region)by promoting global production segmentation and innovation effect.By promoting domestic production segmentation and innovation effect, the trade benefits of a country(region)are improved.Secondly, the comparative analysis of the pattern of digital and non-digital service trade networks shows that although the network size of digital and non-digital service trade networks shows an upward trend, the network density of both types of networks is low, indicating that the service trade potential of these two types of services still needs to be tapped.Compared with non-digital service trade networks, digital service trade networks have shorter average path length and higher clustering coefficient, that is,digital service trade networks have stronger accessibility, higher degree of agglomeration, easier access to heterogeneous information related to digital services, and ’small world’ characteristics are relatively more obvious. Finally, geographical distance affects the formation of non-digital service clusters. There is a trend of regionalization-globalization in the digital service trade cluster, and a stable ’small circle’ has gradually formed since 2011.Thirdly,centrality and structural holes indicators reflect the status of participating countries(regions)in the digital service trade network from the degree of proximity to the’center’ and ’bridge’ positions, respectively. Both indicate the pattern of digital service trade networks dominated by developed countries such as Europe and the United States.Secondly, the ranking of PageRank centrality index in the centrality index system shows that the top ten countries are basically stable in the United States,Britain,Germany,France,Ireland,Japan, the Netherlands and other economies.Thirdly, the pattern of value added trade and export domestic value added in the top ten remained basically stable, mainly G7 countries and China. Finally, the top ten industries in terms of export domestic value added scale are mainly manufacturing industries, but half of the top ten industries in terms of export domestic value added growth rate are service industries, and all of them are service industries with a high degree of digitization.Fourth, the empirical results show that the improvement of PageRank centrality of a country(region)is conducive to promoting the value-added trade of a country(region).Second, the trade promotion effect of PageRank centrality is more significant in high-and middle-income countries, countries that use non-"restrictive data transfer and processing"regulatory models, manufacturing and service industries, and industries with a short distance from cutting-edge technologies. The mechanism test shows that the improvement of PageRank centrality promotes industry value-added trade by promoting global production segmentation and innovation effect. The results of the extended analysis show that, the improvement of PageRank centrality has an effect on the degree of participation in the global value chain, and the way to participate in the global value chain is forward participation. In addition, the higher the level of network development, the more significant the increase in PageRank centrality can promote value-added trade.Fifth, benchmark regression shows that the improvement of PageRank centrality of a country(region)has significantly increased the domestic value added of exports. The heterogeneity results show that the improvement of PageRank centrality in manufacturing and service industries, higher input digitization level, lower regulation level,high-income and middle-high-income countries has a relatively greater effect on the increase of domestic value added of exports. From the perspective of influence mechanism, the improvement of PageRank centrality enhances the domestic value added of industry export by promoting domestic production segmentation and innovation effect. Finally, the extended analysis shows that the stability and weighted in-degree of digital service trade network have a significant effect on the domestic value added of export.Further comparative analysis shows that compared with non-digital service trade network centrality, digital service trade network PageRank centrality plays a greater role in promoting value added trade and export domestic value added. The above research conclusions provide a basis for evaluating the impact of digital service trade on China’s trade interests, and further provide useful enlightenment for improving China’s trade profitability.
