| At present,China’s natural gas industry is gradually moving towards marketization,which also puts forward higher requirements for natural gas pipeline network.Natural gas pipeline network not only needs to meet the users demand in terms of supply volume and pressure,but also needs to expand the scope of its gas supply service,enrich the gas supply mode.In order to provide decision support for the planning,operation and sales of the pipeline network,this paper establishes the index system of user satisfaction of natural gas pipeline network,evaluates the user satisfaction of the pipeline network by combining the demand side management method and the existing gas supply reliability assessment method,and establishes the gas distribution algorithm on the basis of the demand side management,so as to improve the gas supply reliability and user satisfaction of the pipeline network.First,according to the scope of gas supply service,the index system of user satisfaction of natural gas pipeline network is constructed,which includes six aspects of gas volume,pressure,gas composition,gas supply strategy,emergency and price.The characterization method and calculation method of each index are introduced respectively,which provides a research framework for the follow-up evaluation method of user satisfaction.Secondly,the demand side management method is established,which includes three main functions: user characteristic analysis,user demand prediction and user classification.User characteristic analysis is the basis of demand side management.It is necessary to establish user characteristic index to explore user characteristic and classify it according to user characteristic index for batch processing.In the user demand forecasting,the user demand is divided into current demand and potential demand.According to the characteristics of users,the suitable forecasting model is selected for users,and the relationship between consumption and demand is clarified.In addition,the user classification rule considering the user security attributes is established,and the user security attributes are extracted through the analysis of user characteristics,to manage the users at different levels and provide support for the gas distribution algorithm.Gas distribution algorithm is an optimization algorithm which aims at maximizing the supply gas of pipe network users,manages the user demand under the constraints provided by demand side management,and gives priority to the higher-level users.From the perspective of the demand side,it can alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of the pipe network in the period of tight gas supply,and improve the support capacity of the pipe network.Through the analysis of the actual operation pipeline system,the gas supply reliability of the system before and after the implementation of the gas distribution algorithm is evaluated by using the existing gas supply reliability assessment methods.The results show that the gas distribution algorithm can improve the gas supply reliability of the system.Finally,the relationship between gas supply reliability and customer satisfaction is clarified from two aspects of definition and mathematical expression,and gas supply reliability is incorporated into the customer satisfaction index system.AHP method is applied on determining the weight of user satisfaction indexes of different levels of users.To illustrate the method proposed in this section,the gas supply reliability of each node in the actual operation network is evaluated,and the weakness of gas supply is identified.In view of the weak nodes,the paper assesses the user satisfaction,and implements the gas distribution algorithm which evaluated the promotion effect of gas distribution algorithm on gas supply reliability and user satisfaction.In addition,to get more comprehensive evaluation results of gas supply reliability and user satisfaction,the uncertainty of temperature is considered in the process of demand forecasting,and the gas supply reliability and user satisfaction under different temperatures are evaluated.The case study results show that the gas distribution algorithm can manage the user demand of the natural gas pipeline network from the demand-side perspective,and improve the reliability of gas supply and user satisfaction of the natural gas pipeline network. |
