| Chinese companies investing in countries along the “Belt and Road” generally face increasingly significant issues such as prominent investment location risks,increased industry layout risks,and emerging project financing risks.In recent years,unilateralism has risen,trade protectionism has risen,and the trend of anti-globalization has become obvious.In particular,the continuous escalation of Sino-US trade friction has triggered fluctuations in the global market.The Belt and Road initiative is one of China’s most effective measures to expand its development space,hedge against the Sino-US trade war,and promote economic recovery in the post-Covid-19 era.The "dual circulation" strategy of "a new development paradigm with domestic circulation as the mainstay and domestic and international circulations reinforcing each other" has formed a synergistic relationship with the Belt and Road initiative that is in the same line and resonance at the same frequency.Achieving the high-quality development of the Belt and Road is not only an important way to realize China’s high-quality opening to the outside world,but also an significant means to build a better global connectivity partnership between China and related countries.However,countries along the Belt and Road are mainly developing economies and emerging countries.In this context,how to scientifically identify the location selection risks,industry layout risks,and project financing risks of companies’ investment in Belt and Road,and how to realize the intelligent "three-dimensional" early-warning model for the investment risk of the companies’ investment in the Belt and Road has become an important guarantee for overseas investment interests of Chinese companies,and for stability and long-term development of the Belt and Road initiative.This thesis follows the process of "intelligent identification-intelligent early warning-visualized positioning of intelligent early warning" of investment risks in the Belt One Road companies.Focusing on the "three-dimensional" risk perspective of the location selection risks,industry layout risks,and project financing risks of companies’ investment in Belt and Road,this thesis comprehensively uses international investment location selection theory,regional value chain theory and financing constraint theory and other theories,and a variety of intelligent technologies and scientific methods,such as web crawler technology,text analysis,rooted analysis,deep learning technology,GIS technology and "three-dimensional" risk integrated positioning and visualization technology.Based on these theories and technologies,this thesis designs the application scenarios of the "three-dimensional" risk intelligent early warning for Belt and Road companies,and has solved the three major problems of intelligent identification of investment risk,intelligent early-warning monitoring and intelligent early-warning positioning of companies’ investment in the Belt and Road.Specifically,the main research results include:(1)The intelligent identification of the investment risk elements of companies’ investment in the Belt and Road has been realized.This thesis used web crawler technology to intelligently obtain the literature of investment risk of Chinese companies’ investment in the Belt and Road,and used text analysis to intelligently analyze the investment risk keywords of companies’ investment in the Belt and Road.This thesis uses rooted analysis methods to creatively construct a knowledge map of the risk elements of the company’s investment in the Belt and Road from the three dimensions of "location selection risk-industry layout risk-project financing risk",so as to identify "three-dimensional" risk elements of the company’s investment in the Belt and Road.(2)An intelligent "three-dimensional" early-warning model for the investment risk of the companies’ investment in the Belt and Road has been constructed.This thesis breaks the ground and introduced deep learning technology to the intelligent early warning of the companies’ investment in the Belt and Road,and respectively built an intelligent early-warning model of location selection risk of companies’ investment in the Belt and Road,an intelligent early-warning model of industry layout risks of companies’ investment in the Belt and Road and an intelligent early-warning model of project financing risks of companies’ investment in the Belt and Road.This thesis also constructs the risk mapping relationship between the label data set of "three dimensional" risks characteristics of companies’ investment in the Belt and Road and the label data set of investment risks of companies’ investment in the Belt and Road.The tested intelligent early warning model of the companies’ investment in the Belt and Road was applied to the application scenario of investment intelligent early warning.(3)An intelligent early-warning positioning model for the "three-dimensional" risks of companies’ investment in the Belt and Road has been constructed.Based on the intelligent identification and early-warning of investment risks of companies’ investment in the Belt and Road,this thesis used GIS technology and "three-dimensional" risk integrated positioning and visualization technology to start from the perspective of "three-dimensional" risks of companies’ investment in the Belt and Road,and systematically conducts the "three-dimensional" positioning of intelligent early-warning risk of companies’ investment in the Belt and Road.Based on the location selection risks,industry layout risks and project financing risks of companies’ investment in the Belt and Road,this thesis designed control path for intelligent early-warning of investment risks of companies’ investment in the Belt and Road,providing sufficient information guidance and action evidence for the intelligent early-warning prevention and control of companies’ investment in the Belt and Road.This article identifies and deconstructs the investment risks of enterprises in the Belt and Road from the perspective of "location selection risk-industry layout risk-project financing risk" of company’s investment in the Belt and Road,and explores the use of deep learning technology,network Intelligent technologies such as crawler technology and text analysis in the construction of risk intelligent identification model and early-warning model.This thesis has broadened the research perspective of risk prevention and control on companies’ investment in the Belt and Road,and improved the intelligence and timeliness as well.This thesis also enriches the application scenarios of deep learning technology,and provides a scientific basis for the Chinese government and companies to timely respond to the introduction of various risk prevention and control policies and investment decision-making in countries along the Belt and Road.In the future research,this thesis will enrich the application scenarios of investment risk intelligent warning of Belt and Road companies,and will try to use knowledge graph technology to realize the intelligent exploration of investment risk sources. |
