A Research On The Symbiosis Mechanism Of Makerspace Entrepreneurial Ecosystem

As the important carrier and key gripper for supporting the supply-side structural reform and cultivating entrepreneurial spirit,to create reciprocal symbiosis makerspace entrepreneurial ecosystems have become the goal of the mass entrepreneurship and innovation policy.However,with the blowout development of makerspaces,problems such as the lack of good profit models,lack of characteristic services,and uneven occupancy rates have become bottlenecks restricting the development of makerspace entrepreneurial ecology in various places.The Ministry of Science and Technology has canceled the national filing qualifications of several makerspaces since October 2018,it means the development of makerspaces is facing a critical stage from quantitative to qualitative.The relationships between elements and subjects in the makerspace are complex.From the perspective of the ecosystem,with the support and guidance of the mass entrepreneurship and innovation policy,how to effectively match the innovation and entrepreneurship resources among entrepreneurial entities in makerspaces,how to coordinate and condense the symbiotic relationship within the system,and how to achieve a more efficient symbiosis model? The solution to these problems is the key to breaking through the predicament of makerspaces and promoting the mutual benefit and symbiosis development of makerspace entrepreneurial ecosystems.Existing research lacks the systematic exploration of makerspace entrepreneurial ecosystems from symbiotic formation,evolution to governance.Accordingly,this paper draws on the existing research achievements of makerspace and entrepreneurial ecosystem,and under the guidance of symbiosis theory,ecosystem theory,complex adaptive system theory and stakeholder theory,the research on the symbiosis mechanism of the makerspace entrepreneurial ecosystem has been carried out by using literature analysis methods,mathematical models and computer simulations,empirical analysis and other methods.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,this paper constructs the research framework for the symbiosis mechanism of the makerspace entrepreneurial ecosystem.The data envelopment analysis method is used to evaluate the current operation efficiency of makerspaces in China,the causes of the entrepreneurial ecological dilemma of Chinese makerspaces are summarized,and the necessity of research on the symbiosis of makerspace entrepreneurial ecosystems is put forward.On the basis of practical problems,this paper analyzes the concept,structure and characteristics of the symbiosis of the makerspace entrepreneurial ecosystem.Guided by the research paradigm of system theory,based on practical problems and mechanism analysis,a research framework for the symbiosis mechanism of the makerspace entrepreneurial ecosystem with the logic of "formation-evolution-guarantee" is constructed.Secondly,this paper studies the formation mechanism of symbiotic relationships in the makerspace entrepreneurial ecosystem.The formation of the symbiosis relationship includes the symbiosis partner selection stage and the symbiosis relationship balance stage.Based on the complex adaptive system theory,the symbiosis partner selection model of the makerspace entrepreneurial ecosystem is established,and then the factors affecting the symbiosis relationship balance in the makerspace entrepreneurial ecosystem are discussed.Combined with the research results,the formation mechanism of the symbiosis relationship in the makerspace entrepreneurial ecosystem is constructed.Thirdly,this paper studies the evolution mechanism of symbiotic populations in the makerspace entrepreneurial ecosystem.According to the determination principle of symbiosis mode and symbiosis system,the Lotka-Volterra model of symbiosis population evolution is constructed,and the system evolution path under different symbiosis coefficient is simulated,and the key factors affecting the evolution state of symbiosis population are discussed.Based on the simulation results,the three population evolution stages of Zhongguancun entrepreneurial ecosystem are analyzed,and the symbiosis population evolution mechanism for the development of the current Chinese makerspace entrepreneurial ecosystems is proposed.Fourthly,this paper studies the policy guarantee mechanism of makerspace entrepreneurial ecosystem symbiosis.By mining the policy texts of makerspaces since 2015,a quantitative evaluation system for makerspace policies is constructed,and the pros and cons of seven sample makerspace policies are analyzed using the visualized PMC surface.On the basis of quantitative analysis,the content of 78 policy texts is summarized and the relationship between the texts is established,so as to build the policy guarantee mechanism to promote the benign symbiosis of the makerspace entrepreneurial ecosystem,and put forward the direction for improvement of makerspace policy formulation and implementation.Finally,this paper proposes strategies for realizing the symbiosis mechanism of the makerspace entrepreneurial ecosystem.Combining the theories and research results of each sub-mechanism in this paper,following the actual situation of the entrepreneurial ecological development of Chinese makerspaces,this paper proposes countermeasures and suggestions to promote the benign symbiotic development of the makerspace entrepreneurial ecosystem from the perspectives of symbiotic relationship formation,symbiotic population evolution and symbiotic policy guarantee.Through the research in this paper,the symbiosis mechanism research framework of the makerspace entrepreneurial ecosystem is formed according to the logic of "formation-evolution-guarantee".The formation mechanism of symbiotic relationship in the makerspace entrepreneurial ecosystem including partner selection and relationship balance is constructed.The paper reveals the symbiotic evolution regular pattern of makerspace entrepreneurial ecosystem based on the two symbiotic groups of entrepreneurial enterprises and stakeholders.This paper discusses the distinctive policy situation characteristics of the makerspace entrepreneurial ecosystem,and analyzes the path of the mass entrepreneurship and innovation policy to promote the benign symbiotic development of the makerspace entrepreneurial ecosystem.The countermeasures and suggestions for the realization of the symbiosis mechanism of the makerspace entrepreneurial ecosystem are put forward.This paper hopes to contribute to stimulating the potential,vitality and creativity of the innovation and entrepreneurial subjects through the vigorous development of makerspaces.
