Today,with the rapid development of the world economy and the rapid change of science and technology,the role of science and technology in economic and social development is becoming increasingly prominent.Citizens’ scientific quality has also become an important indicator affecting the country’s comprehensive national strength.Improving citizens’ scientific literacy and enhancing social innovation ability are becoming an important content of building an innovative country in China.Science and technology museums undoubtedly play an important role in science communication and popular science education.The survey results of Chinese citizens’ scientific quality in 2020 show that the proportion of Chinese citizens with scientific quality will reach 10.56%in 2020,4.36 percentage points higher than 6.2%in 2015 and 7.29 percentage points higher than 3.27%in 2010.Although the scientific quality of Chinese citizens has been greatly improved in recent 10 years,there is still a long way to go in absolute numbers.Giving full play to the role of science and technology information dissemination of science and technology museum is one of the important means to improve citizens’ scientific quality.Based on the theory of communication dynamics and the analysis of the characteristics of science and technology museum communication information,this paper constructs the science and technology information communication model of science and technology museum on multiple coupling network,focuses on the communication trend of science and technology information of science and technology museum in heterogeneous environment on multi-layer coupling network,analyzes the influence of different types of nodes on communication,and designs the influence estimation method of special nodes.The main work is summarized as follows:(1)This paper studies the characteristics of science and technology information dissemination in domestic science and technology museumUsing the research methods and means of literature survey,case study,functional analysis and information classification,this paper understands the development process and classification of science and technology museums.According to the principle of Grounded theory,random open-ended interviews were conducted with visitors from different science and technology museums in different regions,the first-hand data were collected,the data were coded,the main categories were summarized,the formal logic was made,the process and model of science and technology information dissemination of science and technology museum were extracted,and the characteristics of information dissemination of science and technology museum were summarized.These laid a foundation for the construction of science and technology information dissemination model of science and technology museum.(2)The multi-layer coupling network communication model of science and technology information in science and technology museum is constructedBased on the characteristics of science and technology information dissemination in science and technology museum,the multi subnet composite complex network model and the principle of dissemination dynamics are used for reference,the propagation model of multi-layer coupling network in science and technology museum is established,and the propagation mechanism is studied macroscopically.According to the real data of national science and technology museums,the information dissemination in the online and offline multi-layer coupling network of science and technology museums is simulated.The results show that:① the peak value of the disseminator in the multi-layer coupling network is nearly twice that in the single-layer physical science and technology museum network,indicating that the online science and technology museum can accelerate the dissemination of science and technology information;② Science and technology museum is the initial disseminator of science and technology information.The greater the change rate from nonlearning state to learning state,the faster the dissemination of science and technology information.(3)The transmission threshold of scientific and technological information in scale-free environment is studiedThis paper discusses the scale-free characteristics of science and technology information dissemination network of science and technology museum,and studies the influence of scale-free network structure on information dissemination.This paper theoretically studies the propagation threshold of unassociated network and associated network in scale-free heterogeneous environment,confirms the relationship between effective propagation rate and propagation threshold through experiments,and shows the impact of different inter layer correlation degrees on different types of nodes in the communication network of science and technology museum.The experimental results show that:① the effective propagation rate is directly proportional to the propagation threshold;②On the science and technology information dissemination network of science and technology museum,the greater the value of inter layer correlation degree,the faster the proportion of non-learners decreases;The faster the proportion of learners increases,the faster the proportion of masters increases;The proportion of communicators increases at the beginning of propagation and decreases after the peak,but the speed is obviously accelerated when the inter layer correlation is high.It defines the relevance between the judgment and determination of the threshold of scientific and technological information dissemination,which directly affects the audience’s acceptance of information.(4)Influence of node characteristics on science and technology information dissemination of science and technology museumAccording to the characteristics of the science and technology museum,the nodes in the science and technology information communication network of the science and technology museum are divided into core nodes,ordinary nodes and edge nodes according to the different influence of the nodes.The calculation method of node communication group correlation degree is designed.The greater the node communication group correlation degree is,the closer the non communication nodes are to the communication core nodes,the easier the expansion of the communication node group is,The more channels of information dissemination,the faster the speed of information dissemination;The influence of user preference on the dissemination of scientific and technological information is studied.The calculation method of user preference in the process of information dissemination is designed,and the data of "China Digital Science and technology museum" account on Sina Weibo are used as experimental data to verify the impact of user preference on information dissemination;The study shows that during the dissemination of science and technology information in the science and technology museum,the heat of information will first increase and then decrease over time.When the information intensity changes,the scope of information dissemination changes over time.Therefore,the science and technology museum needs to constantly relase new information.Keeping the audience fresh and hot reveals the internal and external relationship between the new content launched by the science and Technology Museum and the influence of science and technology information dissemination.(5)The influence of special nodes on the dissemination of scientific and technological information is predictedThis paper studies the impact of mobile science and technology museum as a special node on information dissemination.The evaluation method of the communication influence of a single mobile science and technology museum is designed,and the communication influence e of the node V of the mobile science and technology museum is analyzed_V relevant factors.Experiments show that mobile science and technology museum can expand the propagation range of information.Mobile science and technology museumsare added to the network one by one over a period of time.Therefore,a dynamic evaluation method of mobile science and technology museums is designed,which takes into account the change of activation rate after mobile science and technology museums join the network.Experiments show that the higher the propagation efficiency,the wider the propagation range.Finally,the redundancy factors of communication information are analyzed,especially the influence of communication rate and degree on the redundancy problem.It is suggested that how to reduce information redundancy and effectively improve the use efficiency of mobile science and technology museums should be considered when setting up mobile science and technology museums.The innovations are summarized as follows:(1)At present,the research of science and technology museum generally studies from the aspects of science popularization of science and technology museum,the design of exhibits and exhibition items,the design of activities and the design of venues of science and technology museum.Only a few papers study the science and technology communication of science and technology museum from the perspective of news communication.From the perspective of information dissemination,this paper applies the theory of communication dynamics to study the dissemination of science and technology information of science and technology museum.(2)With the popularity of the Internet,information spreads online and offline at the same time.In recent years,some scholars have studied double-layer coupling networks,but there are few papers on multi-layer coupling networks.Through in-depth interviews,this paper extracts the characteristics of science and technology information dissemination of science and technology museum,and constructs a multi-layer coupling network science and technology information dissemination model of science and technology museum.(3)In the process of studying information dissemination,the current research on the characteristics of nodes is generally to study the degree of nodes and the relationship with neighbor nodes,and there is less research on node preference.Node preference plays an important role in the information dissemination of science and technology museum.In this paper,a calculation method of node preference is designed,and its effectiveness is verified by simulation experiments.(4)Mobile science and technology museum is an important method for science popularization in remote areas in China.It is a necessary supplement to science and technology museum.This paper takes the mobile science and technology museum as a special node,designs the influence evaluation algorithm,studies the problem of disseminating redundant information,and provides data support for the setup of the mobile science and technology museum.
