Curriculum is the core channel of education.Under the background of high-quality development of education,curriculum construction has become a key field to improve the quality of preschool education.School-based curriculum construction is a systematic,procedural and continuous existence.The collaborative promotion of “multi-subject,multi-resource and multi-field” has become the common trend and choice of school-based curriculum construction,and the collaborative construction of curriculum is also the core concern of curriculum research nowadays.Kindergartens enjoy the sufficient autonomy right of curriculum construction,which also means that they must undertake the heavy responsibility of curriculum construction.The uniqueness of the children’s physical and mental development and the distinctive features of the kindergarten curriculum determine that the construction of kindergarten curriculum needs more synergy of multiple elements.On the one hand,the lack of kindergarten teachers’ abilities of curriculum construction has led to a lot of chaos in the current kindergarten curriculum construction.And there is an urgent need to be led by the mechanism of the multi-collaborative curriculum construction.On the other hand,the kindergarten has also accumulated a lot of local experience and wisdom in curriculum construction,which needs to be refined to generate new theories of preschool curriculum and enrich the academic discourse system of preschool curriculum in China.Domestic and foreign research results show that previous studies mainly focused on the collaboration of multi-subject,multi-resource or multi-field in curriculum construction,lacking an overall grasp of the multi-collaborative construction of kindergarten curriculum.Therefore,it has become an important topic for the study of kindergarten curriculum construction to go deeper into the kindergarten practice,grasp the overall view of the kindergarten curriculum construction based on multiple collaboration and explore its internal mechanism.Centering on the core question “how do kindergartens carry out curriculum construction based on multiple collaboration”,the research follows the qualitative research orientation,adopts the case study strategy,takes Y kindergarten as an instrumental case,collects data using a combination of interview and document collection methods and encodes the data using the method of category analysis.The research outlines the overall view of kindergarten curriculum construction based on multiple collaboration according to the motive analysis,presentation of realistic patterns,review of existing practices,analysis of influencing factors and exploration of future directions.This is to provide guidance for further improving the quality and effectiveness of kindergarten curriculum construction.The research finds that the curriculum construction based on multiple collaboration in Y kindergarten is a kind of integration of real demand motivation and due value motivation,which is according to that the problems of fragmented curriculum,limited resources in the kindergarten,insufficient integration of community space curriculum and that the multiple collaboration can meet the needs of curriculum professional research and children’s learning.The process of curriculum construction based on multiple collaboration in Y kindergarten is a journey of“weaving straw mat jointly”,which includes four main dimensions: planning,implementation,evaluation and management.The kindergarten curriculum planning based on multiple collaboration consists of two modules: the construction of a curriculum vision based on the local context by other reference and independent construction based on children’s development logic.The implementation of curriculum based on multiple collaboration in Y kindergarten is a process of understanding the curriculum program through the integration of the vision of the implementation-related subjects,and then building a thematic activity program according to the situation of children in the class and the integration of various curriculum resources at all levels based on the collaboration of multiple subjects,and deploying the corresponding subjects and resources for implementation based on the interaction of multiple fields.The curriculum evaluation based on multiple collaboration in Y kindergarten focuses on reflecting and judging the entire process of curriculum construction through multiple subjects working together to review the quality of the curriculum itself,multiple forms of collective presentations to evaluate teachers’ curriculum leadership,and multiple forms of collaborative narratives to grasp the level of children’s learning and development,thereby promoting the overall high quality of the kindergarten curriculum.In addition,Y kindergarten also does a good job of managing the curriculum based on multiple collaboration and nourishing the kindergarten curriculum throughout the entire process by changing the organizational system of distributed curriculum leadership,building a professional support system that fits teachers’ abilities,building a curriculum participation system based on regular curriculum cooperation with people outside the school,and creating a resource sharing system that is combined online and offline.In conclusion,the curriculum construction based on multiple collaboration in Y kindergarten is an overall construction of the curriculum that is carried out in an intertwined manner,taking the picture of graduates as the base and target point,the entire process of curriculum development from the ideal curriculum to the resulting curriculum as the“warp”,and the synergy of multiple elements such as “multiple subjects,multiple resources and multiple fields” as the “weft”.The curriculum construction based on multiple collaboration in Y kindergarten has accumulated good practical wisdom in terms of plurality,connectivity and equality of participating elements,but at the same time,there are also problems of insufficient heterogeneity of participating elements,insufficient depth of synergy of multiple elements and low level of synergy.The multi-collaborative construction of kindergarten curriculum is affected by the factors of curriculum construction,subject factors,cultural factors and policy factors.The level of multi-collaborative construction of kindergarten curriculum is the result of the interaction of these four factors.There are only these four factors in consistence,the kindergarten curriculum construction based on multiple collaboration can achieve maximum effectiveness.Curriculum construction in kindergarten is an essential curriculum development process integrating into children’s life,and promoting children’s life development is the basic orientation of the kindergarten curriculum construction based on multiple collaboration.The essence of the kindergarten curriculum construction based on multiple collaboration is to promote the development of children’ s lives as the aim,to become a graduate portrait as the goal,through the integration of multiple subjects,multiple resources,multiple fields,the role of the whole process of planning,implementation,evaluation and management of the kindergarten curriculum,so that the kindergarten curriculum continues to develop itself and improve its quality continuously.Guided by it,we can adopt such practical strategies as systematic planning of curriculum based on graduates’ portraits,collaborative implementation of curriculum based on the establishment of curriculum practice community,all-round evaluation of curriculum based on the concept of development and systematic improvement of curriculum management to achieve the optimization of the practical operation pattern of kindergarten curriculum achieve the optimization of the practical operation pattern of kindergarten curriculum construction.
