The concepts of "cultivating morality" and "cultivating people" originate from the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation.Chongde,the spiritual pursuit of goodness,"cultivate people" shows the realization of self-worth of self-consciousness,self-reliance and self-improvement.To implement the fundamental task of "strengthening morality and cultivating people " cannot be narrowly understood as direct moral preaching and mandatory value instillation.For a long time,the understanding of the fundamental task of " strengthening morality and cultivating people " in specific work in colleges and universities has easily fallen into the misunderstanding of politicization,isolation,psychology,and instrumentalization,and lacks the due humanistic and cultural vision.In a broad sense," strengthening morality and cultivating people " is a cultural inheritance activity that transforms culture,spreads values,inspires ideas,and inspires spirit.Only through the perspective of a cultural person can we form a correct understanding of the value orientation of the fundamental task of " strengthening morality and cultivating people ",clarify the principles of its implementation,optimize the implementation methods,build a reasonable teaching path,and improve the carrier system for educating people..This article consists of six parts:The first chapter aims to clarify the basic concepts
