Research On The Mission Of Fostering Virtue Of The People In Colleges And Universities In The New Era

The rejuvenation of youth is the rejuvenation of the country."What and how to cultivate people" is a matter of the future and destiny of the party and the country.It is also the mission of the development of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities.Since the eighteen,the Party Central Committee with Xi Jinping as its core has comprehensively strengthened the leadership of education and adhered to the cultivation direction of "moral virtue and tree cultivation".General secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly stressed that Fostering Virtue of the people should be integrated into all aspects of Ideological and moral education,cultural knowledge education and social practice education.In the nineteen major reports of the Communist Party of China,general secretary Xi Jinping prposed that we should fully implement the party's education policy,implement the fundamental task of Fostering Virtue of the people,and cultivate socialist builders and successors who are all-round development of moral,intellectual,physical,and moral education,which also points out the direction for ideological and political education in Colleges and universities.At present,the situation at home and abroad has changed profoundly,and the exchanges and exchanges of different cultures have brought about severe challenges to college students' ideology,value orientation and behavior.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to explore the mission connotation and practice path of moral education in Colleges and universities in the new era.This paper will start from the following five parts:the first part is the introduction.This part expounds the background of the topic and the significance of the research.On the basis of sorting out the status of the theoretical research related to foster virtue through education,the author puts forward the innovation points and shortcomings of the research,and briefly explains the relevant concepts.The second part is the basis of the mission of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new era.This part discusses the historical background,theoretical source and practical basis of the mission of moral cultivation in ideological and political education in colleges and universities.The third part is the basic content of the ideological and political education of colleges and universities in the new era.This part scientifically analyzes the core meaning,basic requirements and focal points of to fostering virtue of the people.The author summarizes the core meaning of the moral cultivation into three parts:one is to cultivate the healthy personality of college students;the other is to improve the cultural quality of college students;the third is to cultivate the political quality of college students;And on the basis of the core essence,put forward the basic requirements of virtue,talent and pattern;Then,by summarizing the main content of "cultivating people with morality",five points are summarized,including:political identity,national feelings,moral cultivation,legal consciousness and cultural quality.The fourth part is the practical strategy of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new era.This part analyzes and sorts out the substantive countermeasures of ideological and political education in colleges and universities from the perspective of the four basic elements of ideological and political education,including the subject,the object,the medium and the environment.The fifth part is general.Based on the systematic arrangement of the central idea of this paper.Thesis conclusions main summarized as the following:(1)the ideological and political education in colleges and universities foster character and civic virtue has its important core principles,namely the healthy personality,cultural quality and political quality,there are"pattern of morality,intellect,basic requirements," and "political identity,national feelings,moral cultivation,the rule of law awareness,cultural literacy" focus,it is not a single theory,is the level of the system is rich education concept.(2)the mission of ideological and political education in colleges and universities to cultivate people with morality includes the following four aspects:from the perspective of ideological and political education content,strengthening the value guidance of the main position of ideological and political education theory courses;From the point of view of ideological and political education method,perfect the way of ideological and political education synergetic education;From the mission of ideological and political education to undertake the main body of strengthening the ideological and political education theory course teachers team construction;In terms of the environment of ideological and political education mission,the mission wall is built in combination with the external environment.
