In the process of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities,mobilizing college students is an important way of work.All kinds of mobilization activities carried out in this way are also an important content of Ideological and political education.From the perspective of deepening the research on Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities,this thesis puts forward the theoretical proposition of paying attention to the research on College Students’ mobilization,and analyzes the necessity and importance of strengthening the research on College Students’ mobilization.The research is based on the discussion of the basic problems of College Students’mobilization.First,analyze and study its functional orientation from the role and applicable scenarios of College Students’ mobilization.The second is to analyze the basic types of College Students’ mobilization from the aspects of content,time,space,subject and object.The third is to analyze the development elements of College Students’ mobilization,and point out the reasons and functions of the mobilization direction,subject and object,strategy and environment,and mobilization effect as the basic elements.The fourth is a preliminary analysis of the operational characteristics of College Students’ mobilization,such as goal,synergy,repeatability and practicality.The research on the mobilization of college students insists on the theoretical basis of the Sinicization of Marxism.Among them,MAO Zedong and Deng Xiaoping’s mobilization thought and practice have important enlightening significance to the mobilization research of college students in the process of ideological and political education.Xi Jinping’s important discussion on mobilization also contains rich connotation of mobilization thought.It is an innovation point of this thesis to summarize the essence of the thought and try to analyze the significance of The Times.The historical investigation of College Students’ mobilization focuses on the historical process of young students’ mobilization under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,moderately followed by the youth students’ mobilization in the landmark historical period of the May 4th movement.The historical investigation is carried out in sections,which is divided into three stages:the period of new democratic revolution,the period of socialist revolution and construction,and the new period of reform and opening up and socialist modernization.Among them,the new democratic revolution focused on the exploration,direction and basis of the mobilization activities of young students led by the Communist Party of China;During the period of socialist revolution and construction,we should focus on the new theme and goal of young students’ mobilization;In the new period of reform and opening up and socialist modernization,we focus on the mainstream and new growth point of College Students’ mobilization in the new period.Based on the historical investigation,this thesis summarizes the historical experience of College Students’ mobilization.This thesis makes an empirical analysis on the practice of College Students’ mobilization in the new era.By designing questionnaires and interviews,this thesis summarizes the basic situation of College Students’ mobilization activities in the new era,and finds out the main problems and deficiencies,including the low degree of specialization and systematization of College Students’ mobilization,the decline of the authority of the mobilization subject,the imperfect evaluation system,the weak links of network mobilization,etc.On this basis,this thesis deeply analyzes the main reasons for the problems of College Students’ mobilization from the aspects of mobilization subject,mobilization object,Mobilization Mode and mobilization strength,so as to provide a targeted positioning for optimizing college students’mobilization work.Thinking about improving the effectiveness of College Students’ mobilization is not only the core of this thesis,but also the foothold of this thesis.First,clarify the guiding ideology of College Students’ mobilization.The second is to optimize the promotion process of College Students’ mobilization,including organization process,response process,influence process and so on.Third,expand the development mode of College Students’ mobilization,including consolidating the traditional mobilization mode,exploring the flat mobilization mode,highlighting the media Mobilization Mode and strengthening the information mobilization mode.Fourth,innovate the mobilization methods of college students.It includes the Mobilization Law of theoretical education and social practice,the Mobilization Law of conference and campus traditional media,the Mobilization Law of typical demonstration and ceremony,the Mobilization Law of slogan and cultural and sports activities,etc.The fifth is to improve the integration effectiveness of College Students’ mobilization,including improving the mobilization ability of the mobilization subject,improving the integration degree of the mobilization object,optimizing the internal and external interaction mechanism of mobilization,and constructing the consensus mechanism of network mobilization.The sixth is to establish the evaluation mechanism of College Students’ mobilization effect,which is the innovation of this thesis,including clarifying the connotation of College Students’mobilization evaluation,standardizing the evaluation procedures,focusing on the process and risk evaluation,and strengthening the application of evaluation results.
