Discourse Force Of Network Ideological And Political Education

The Central Committee of the CPC has regarded ideological work as an“extremely important”task,and network ideological work is even more“the top priority”since the 18^thNCCPC.As the main methods of network ideological work,Network Ideological and Political Education has achieved remarkable attainments,it plays an ideological enlightenment role of guiding network public opinion,condensing consensus,realizing value guidance and uniting social forces.Under the development of network digital intelligence,competition of ideological discourse power in cyberspace are becoming increasingly fierce.Due to the impact of diverse social thoughts,values,public opinions,the Network and Political Education presents problems such as insufficient ability to respond to challenges,weak effectiveness and declining discourse power.The endogenous issue related to improving the efficiency is that returning to its discourse practice to find the answer.It urgently needs to pay attention to the important aspect of discourse force,the research topic is raised.Firstly,this article reviews and examines the research origins,theoretical foundations,and ideological resources.It inducts the practical necessity of paying attention to this study from four aspects:maintaining the security of network ideology,reshaping the discourse power of network ideological and political education,enhancing the adaptability of network ideological and political education,and innovating the discourse practice of network ideological and political education.Through an academic perspective viewing,we provides a profound theoretical framework and paradigm support for this research.We can find the theoretical basis of discourse,discourse power and discourse acceptance from the discourse thought of Marxist classic writers,the discourse thought of ideological and political education of the CPC and the acceptance theory of ideological and political education.We also can draw on the ideas about discourse and discourse power in western philosophy of language,the“two-level effect theory of communication”in communication psychology and other knowledge resources,and integrates the relevant theories of modern network communication science,network psychology,network society,so as to make every effort to carry out a theoretical perspective on the discourse power of network ideological and political education from a multidisciplinary perspective.Secondly,this article provides a theoretical construction and analysis of the research topic,including concept differentiation,connotation interpretation,structural elements,generation process,generation conditions and evaluation indicators.As the specific manifestation and realization form of the discourse power of Network Ideological and Political Education,it refers to the guiding,persuasive,and influential effects generated by the communicators who communicates with the audience,those forces promotes audience to pay interest,attention,recognition to the thoughts,values and concepts,producing impact on their cognition,emotion and behavior,changing their basic state towards the established discourse goal.It has three basic characteristics like generative,interactive and constructive.In essence,the force contains the discourse power,discourse ability and discourse effectiveness,only when these three aspects interact and interweave together can a complete discourse force be formed.Via a procedural perspective,the force consists of five aspects:the communicators’dominant force,the audience’s internalization force,the content’s vitality force,the discourse methods’affinity force,and the integration force of discourse environment.Its realization needs to experience four gradual stages:initial,expand,maturation and consummate,the successful transition of each stage is the product of the organic coordination and unification of various structural elements,also the result of various generating conditions’supporting.The explanatory and persuasive power of the discourse itself is fundamental,the contradictions generated during discourse communication are the driving force,the acceptance and identification of the discourse audience are the key,and the technical,political,cultural,and ideological environment conditions are the guarantee.This article also draws up qualitative evaluation indicators to estimate whether the discourse force is successfully achieved and realized,including political,emotional,value and development dimensions.Finally,this article combs the current situation of the discourse force based on observation and empirical research,the analysis consists of opportunities and external challenges,achievements and experience,problem inspection and attribution analysis.The empirical research focuses on the five structural elements of the discourse force to respond to questions,analyze the causes and explore the constraints of its improvement,which providing evidence for further proposing targeted and feasible improvement plans.Based on the aforementioned theoretical and practical analysis,this article has formulated specific plan for promoting the discourse force from three dimensions of objectives,principles and five specific strategies,which striving to mobilize various positive factors and promote the sustainable realization of the discourse power of online ideological and political education.In a word,only if paying attention to the achievement and realization of the discourse force,its construction of leading,persuasive,influential and appeal,making the netizen increase their recognition and sense of acquisition of mainstream ideological discourse,ultimately building a firm security line of network ideology.
